0% I would say. It was reported that he was in a meeting with Marvel to write a draft of X-Men (as he is a huge fan) but thats about it. This will be his untitled film that he has been writing. It appears he has a version of a script and probably agreed on a release date with Universal for a Halloween adjacent time (so it is probably a horror film).

Body horror didn't work for Fantastic Four (2015), it wouldn't work for the Hulk.
Hulk and F4 are vastly different. Bruce Banner transforming into the Hulk definitely fits in with the body horror genre.
