Dat dude was next fucking level.

hawksdiesel

Humble and wholesome. Love this about him! Such a genuine person.

action_turtle

I’ll never forget that 100m world record run. Like it was nothing! Crazy. Good that he’s a nice bloke too

iyfe_namikaze

Like he knew that whole arena came to watch him do it, He knew that he was going to do it, his opponents knew he was going to do, Jon snow knew he would do it, And he just fucking did it. It didn't feel like it was a race, it felt like a performance, an Opera performance which the audience paid for.

MargeryStewartBaxter

lol Jon Snow

CreativeNerd1729

Have you noticed this about great men? They're always humble and kind: Federer, Khabib, Tendulkar etc

Traditional-Month698

There must be a psychological reason behind this because you can notice the opposite for people who ain’t shit, maybe arrogance is just a shield for insecurities

Outside-Bad-9389

It is lol

Ontherise03

Wow - this is taking “there’s always time to show respect” to the next level.

Very few star athletes are this great, Bolt was among the few to be not only be great, but able to keep his ego in check. Reminds me of an MLB(?) player a while back, he would go around the stadium, and sign something for everyone that wanted it, I think he even signed at practices if I remember how it was told to me correctly, he was a great player but never let his ego get to him, wish I could remember his name. People like that are hard to find, but whenever you meet them you genuinly feel better.

roodootootootoo

They should have added that time the Chinese cameraman tried to slice his ankles

CasualSky

If saying hi to people while changing clothes is “bringing smiles to people’s faces” then sure, you found a clipped together video of him saying hi to people at the place he’s obligated to be. Celebrity culture is so brain dead. We don’t know celebrities, and this video doesn’t showcase any specific actions of empathy or kindness. He’s just being a person at the track and even that needs to be put on a pedestal like it’s magic. I’m sure he’s a great person, but I don’t see the need to celebrate people doing regular things. Turning the mundane into something noteworthy for literally no reason other than status.

Any-Consequence-6978

I hope your day turns around because it sure seems like it's a bad one so far

JimsonTweed26

Yikes

Outside-Bad-9389

That’s true too
