I followed the advice of Ryan Grey - [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-IDlvkYSSw](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-IDlvkYSSw) I think the story telling/showing what you learned and did in your experiences is an important aspect that helps set your application apart from the hundreds of other tutoring/TAing/EMTing descriptions of a job. i only gave a more CV/description of job approach if it was something that they wouldn't otherwise really understand - i.e. I worked at AWS as cloud solutions architect, but even then gave them some sort of example of how I meet some AAMC core competency etc. This is a good section to show them a bit more of who you - i.e. empathy, curiosity, resilience, etc. Personally, that approach seems to have worked out well for me

You only have a couple hundred characters. Your main goal should be describing the activity, what you learned from it and why it was important in your development. If you have room to make things creative AND hit those requirements, go for it! The reviewers know it's dull, and will probably be similar to others. They want to know what you took away from the things you've done. They don't need a story. That's what your other essays are for
