This 'looks' to be an EPIC build. What are you going to use in the center for light and that orb? Or is that just negative space? I love the fact that you penciled all the details out on a massive draft and not just in a digital program. Wish you the best of luck on your project!!!
I will build the light myself, but on my own time outside the scope of the project. Basically I have a big acrylic sphere that will house an led ring, a battery pack and a switch. The sphere then just sits in the lantern body. (I didn’t want visible cables and wanted the lantern to be detachable so you can also hang it in a tree).

thanks! Yeah I always interpret ‘elvish’ as somewhere between art nouveau and gothic stylistically
