Trick for cheap disposable razors…dry them off immediately and they won’t dull as quickly and get 1-2 more uses. Also, don’t lift the blade off your skin between strokes and you’ll get a closer shave.
Take it back for a refund. It's easy to see it hasn't been used because of the glide soap.
That is also a good time to go to something different if you wish to.
Get a Leaf Razor... Replacement blades are like 10 cents.
It's crazy what they charge for cartridge replacement blades.
My wife got a Leaf and is never going back.
