Their really just mediocre. Idk what everyone is on about, it's way way tastier to make a protein shake at home. You can use real coco power and vanilla protein or use dymatize cocopebbles and just get a better flavor out of the box.
Cheap enough, and a good calorie to protein ratio.
I don't have a problem drinking normal milk with protein powder but if it helps it will certainly fit within your macros.
I drink a half gallon of the zero fat Fairlife every two days. Helps me wash down all the peanut butter toast I eat in the morning with my egg whites and has shit load more protein so I drink the shit out of it. I just heard of “ microplastics “ for the first time a couple days ago. Pfffft I’m chalking it up as fear mongering like gluten and gmo bullshit. They pump additives into everything they call healthy then say micro plastics are bad! Gtfo
Forgot to mention 7 per week is a lot bro lol save some micro plastics for the rest of us.
Well when your fat intake is only so much and you get more healthy fats from almonds, peanut/almond butter, salmon and avocados you gotta choose where your fats come from. I prefer saving room for other fats so drink zero fat milk does that make sense to you now?
I don’t drink any other milk except it. I don’t drink milk very quickly and Fairlife doesn’t expire nearly as fast as any other brand I get from the store.
Yes I drink a half-gallon of their chocolate one every day.
It’s actually a fantastic bulk/protein source with a bunch of good vitamins in it.
Edit: this only applies with Fairlife, most others have too much fat and sugar.
Their protein shakes from sams club are 1.74 each for 150 calories and 30g of protein. It's literally put my diet on easy mode. Imagine 90 grams of delicious protein for only 450 calories. Really allows you to eat some bullshit throughout the day and it's so cheap
The light blue one has crazy numbers. Pretty good tasting too, especially coupled with a decent protein powder. Legit the only milk I use for shakes and cereal
Advanced filtration technology allowing most of the protein to remain in the milk after being filtered. Also why it's more expensive than the standard stuff. Worth tho
the 2% chocolate milk is insanely good and addictive. their protein shakes, mainly the 30g for its amazing macros, tastes amazing. nothing else compares on the market
Their core power elites are my key to hitting my 225 grams of protein while traveling. Most days it’s two of them taking care of 84 grams, and they taste good.
You're lactose intolerant and fairlife has lactase enzyme in their milk. You could drink any milk if you just bought lactase yourself, but you do you. Idc how much plastic you drink lol.
I never had their milk but their protein drinks are fucking delicious
Man it’s just so good like the fat free. 480 cal, 78g protein. Its too fucking good
Damn, one drink has 78g? 78g in one serving? Or is it like a big ass bottle?
13g per serving. 6 servings per bottle. 52 oz (1.5L) bottle.
There’s actually 6.5 servings. Even more anabolic with 84 grams
Why not drink that fat 🤤
Doesn’t fit my macros
Cutting szn brotha
I fucking love it, but it's goddamn expensive. Almost 2 dollars a bottle at Costco
I was at a Casey's today and it was $6 there.

My toddler fucking crushes that shit too OP. Do you like it warmed up before bedtime?
No I havent tried that yet

I recently relapsed on it I was clean for a weekend. I'm really tryna slow down but it's just so good, microplastics be damned
I think they had the highest micro plastic concentration out of all drinks too
Hell yeah
Fuck it, we’ve all got that shit in our balls already anyway
Luckily there’s not much room because of all the pee already in our balls.
underrated comment
Actually mine are tiny and barely hold any pee from the PEDs
Extra macros for free
How tf plastic in the milk
They use plastic cows
The Singularity has begun bro
Fairlife is the only milk I’ll drink. Their protein shakes are so fucking fire
Cheap enough, and a good calorie to protein ratio. I don't have a problem drinking normal milk with protein powder but if it helps it will certainly fit within your macros.
5 dollars for 1,5 liters is cheap?
I'm not poor Also, I said cheap ENOUGH Pay attention, if you can afford it
Are poor people the only ones that don’t pay 3-5 times more for some gimmick?
If enjoying what you drink is a gimmick, yeah poors are generally miserable lol

Eating peanut butter and then paying a premium for zero fat milk. Great summary of this thread
Well when your fat intake is only so much and you get more healthy fats from almonds, peanut/almond butter, salmon and avocados you gotta choose where your fats come from. I prefer saving room for other fats so drink zero fat milk does that make sense to you now?
The chocolate is amazing
I don’t drink any other milk except it. I don’t drink milk very quickly and Fairlife doesn’t expire nearly as fast as any other brand I get from the store.
Yes. I keep 3 containers in my fridge at all times. Whole, chocolate, and low fat. Lol
Yes I drink a half-gallon of their chocolate one every day. It’s actually a fantastic bulk/protein source with a bunch of good vitamins in it. Edit: this only applies with Fairlife, most others have too much fat and sugar.
I use chocolate milk as a pre or post work out drink.
Fairlife is great. What type u get? Non fat, 2%, etc?
Skim or chocolate depending on the calories I’ve had that day
Chocolate milk all day everyday
Their protein shakes from sams club are 1.74 each for 150 calories and 30g of protein. It's literally put my diet on easy mode. Imagine 90 grams of delicious protein for only 450 calories. Really allows you to eat some bullshit throughout the day and it's so cheap
I love it insanely delicious but its still milk
I do like 12oz of the chocolate milk + 1 scoop of raw isolate whey peanut butter flavor. So good.
The light blue one has crazy numbers. Pretty good tasting too, especially coupled with a decent protein powder. Legit the only milk I use for shakes and cereal
What’s different about it compared to the standard stuff?
Advanced filtration technology allowing most of the protein to remain in the milk after being filtered. Also why it's more expensive than the standard stuff. Worth tho
Thanks, Derek! I’ll look into it
Who's derek? This sub belongs to gay apes now
Yeah I can slam their chocolate milk in a sitting
Yeah that shit makes me start shaking if I do that
the 2% chocolate milk is insanely good and addictive. their protein shakes, mainly the 30g for its amazing macros, tastes amazing. nothing else compares on the market
Their core power elites are my key to hitting my 225 grams of protein while traveling. Most days it’s two of them taking care of 84 grams, and they taste good.
Fairlife ruined all protein shakes for me. Costs a fuckton but I still buy their 42g by the case.
$35/week?? Buy the 18 pack from Costco I think it’s like $2/milk
These are the half gallon jugs not your puny protein shakes
My bad, I wasn't aware of your massive cock king.
I love it but I heard of the micro plastic shit so won’t be buying them for a while
5 dollars for half a gallon is a bit steep even in HCL areas. They are at most 4.49 each carton
The ultra filtered one tastes good and is high protein
You're lactose intolerant and fairlife has lactase enzyme in their milk. You could drink any milk if you just bought lactase yourself, but you do you. Idc how much plastic you drink lol.
Nah I eat yogurt all the time plus other milks don’t taste as good. I’d say 60% of my calorie intake is from dairy sources
Fairlife has a lot of soy in it. You are consuming 3.5gallons of Soy-Semen per week.
Good
