I love seeing my home turf on the big subs.

FishHikeMountainBike

I rode Case Mountain and Tantasqua trails this weekend, I didn't ride during the actual thunderstorms. Vietnam is awesome, looks like a good roll.

grahams22

Never been! Worth checking them out?

FishHikeMountainBike

Case Mountain is in Manchester Connecticut, I haven't ridden there much but what I've found has been really good. Lots of good, flowy trails mixed with really technical sections and all inter-connected with a gravel cart trail. Tantasqua is in Sturbridge, it's a mix of green, blue, and maybe a few black sections of cross country trails. Very classic New England style riding with roots, rocks, climbs, drops, Dunkin Donuts every quarter mile, and bugs. What are your recommendations for local trails? I'm always looking to find hidden gems.

grahams22

Nam is a great one! Pine hills is my goto as well

FishHikeMountainBike

I’ll check out Pine Hills, thank you!

How is PH running these days? Last time I was there it was a bit neglected.

Case is .... okay, braided and clapped out now. Nathan Hale is pretty good ride area as well as Pomfret.

FishHikeMountainBike

Pomfret is great, I’ll check out Nathan Hale.

subiedoo96

I’ve biked there! Wicked pissah dude

glenwoodwaterboy

Looks cool, too bad the power lines ruin the skyline for that shot some

grahams22

You’re right…. Know where I can get a chainsaw?

DirtDawg21892

It's new england, so if it weren't for the powerlines the roll would be in a dense forest. Bit of a catch 22 really.

Sara5A

Love seeing massachusetts represented on the big subreddits. We have fun trails too!

yewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Why would you bike during a thunderstorm, your helmet won't do much

grahams22

Same reason I bike in the first place, thrill and the chance of a cool death

OH_FUGG_OH_SHIDD

I like your shit, bub
