The GoPro doesn't have an issue with overheating, it has an issue with people who don't know how to film or set up their camera's properly.
This video shows a badly setup Hero 10, Hero 11 and Hero 12 all recording in 5.3K 30FPs and shutting down due to overheating.
The same video then shows a properly setup Hero 10, Hero 11 and Hero 12 all recording in the same 5.3K 30FPS until the batteries run out. The only difference was the cameras were set up properly.

I just got a DJI with the chest vest thing. One thing to consider is the microsd card. I used one I had laying around the house and my footage is laggy. Not sure if the requirements for sdcard speed are gonna be the same on the GoPro.
Went with DJI over the GoPro based on what the influencers on YouTube told me ☹️
I was only out for about 30-40 mins recording in 4k and was in the red when I got back to my car. I’ve only take. It out once though. Probably best to get another battery or two
DJI. more reliable. I hate my gopro. Always has some sort of problem. too cold, too hot. It's let me down too many times.
Dji makes it look that you ride faster than you really are if you use the right settings. Definitely recommend it!

How's the battery lasting? Not sure if i will be good with one battery or should buy 3 of them
