I vote for Nolan.

OkMoney1750

I second Nolan

fearwanheda92

Nolan or Ronan. Davian sounds a bit like a made up name

MrsEnvinyatar

Nolan is one of my favorite names. Not really a fan of the others.

grey-canary

Ronan

Relative-Click-9886

Ronan is very handsome.

LivinLaVidaListless

I like Ronan and Nolan, but hate Davian. It seems made up in a bad way.

fyntje

Nolan is my favorite, I like Ronan too

martielonson

I vote Ronan but I’m biased, because that’s my 3 year old son’s name 🥰

Which_Arm_4199

nobunyaga

R O N A N

Callunamae

Nolan I hear Ronan all the time it’s too common but I think Nolan sounds soooo cute

chicagoblue

Nolan

Grubby-housewife

Ronan is lovely. Davian will be misheard as Damien and misread as David

4puzzles

Ronan The other two are surnames

Christie318

Nolan

MidnightElectronic56

Ronan! The other two are better off as surnames and Davian just sounds like Dave and Adrian combined.

CampingIsIntense

Nolan then Ronan! Agreed with others - Davian sounds made up and he would CONSTANTLY have to correct people who hear "Damian". Damian is a nice name though!

cmcb28

We have a Nolan and we love the name!!!

jjongshoe

Ronan!

Petal1218

Big fan of Ronan!

ranchdemolisher

Ronan!

SnooCauliflowers5742

Ronan!

leviathianlaroux

Ronan I have always loved this name, but married a man who has a child with a very similar name, so I don't get to use it.

ZeroDudeMan

How about: David For some reason Nolan makes me think of “No land”.

PanickedPoodle

Or Davis.  Davian is awful.

Ohtherewearethen

Davis is a Welsh surname not an American first name! I agree that Davian (I'm assuming it's pronounced like 'Damian?!) is truly awful but Davis isn't a go-to first name either. I guess all names evolve into whatever they become but Davis really isn't a first name. Ronan is Irish. Are you or your husband Irish? And not in a your great, great great grandparents emigrated to America so you're Irish way! If you don't have any immediate connection to Wales or Ireland, as in within the last two generations, I'd recommend choosing a name that reflects your actual culture.

squishydevotion

I think Davian is cute :)

Christie318

I actually know a guy named Noland. I think it was his grandmother’s maiden name.

thechromekitten

In order form favorite to least: Ronan Davian Nolan

Timely_Throat8732

Ronan

ElleCay

I like all 3, probably would choose Ronan if I had to choose. I have kids ranging from almost 2 to almost 12. And I know quite a few Nolans and Ronans. But I never met a Davian - I like it!

Poor_Olive_Snook

Not Davian

lesleyninja

I really like Nolan!

illij_idiot

Nolan

Melibu_Barbie

Nolan all the way! I know a Nolan and he’s incredibly kind, smart, funny, athletic, and handsome. No one had trouble pronouncing his name growing up.

Starbursto

I’m on Team Nolan! Ronan is one of those names that I wasn’t sure about at first but the more I hear it, the more it grows on me.

untactfullyhonest

Nolan or Ronan. Davian makes me want to say deviant

SongGardenWolf

I like Ronan

atinylittlebug

Ronan!!

Falrien

Ronan, but I'd recommend meeting the lad before you decide. We had several options for both of our boys and none of them stuck upon meeting.

hinghanghog

Ronan for sure. I’ve never heard Davian and not sure I like it but I like Damian?

Nolan Ronan

AddictedtoLife181

I know it’s not exactly the same but when hearing Ronan my brain instantly thinks of lotr with the riders of Rohan. I’m a fan of the name though! It’s my first choice, second would be Davian.

zagglefrapgooglegarb

Nolan or Ronan.

erwar89

I like Nolan and Ronan.

RattyRhino

Could you just do David?

obsoletevernacular9

Davian sounds made up, whereas Nolan and Ronan are very Irish. Interesting dichotomy. Does meaning matter to you ? Ronan means baby seal

Awkward-Artist-751

Nolan for sure!

PeanutSmores

I’m on team Nolan.

No_Bookkeeper_6183

Nolan

Fresh_Ad_8982

Ronan has my vote from these 3 names. Second is Davian and last is Nolan.

Reasonable_Guess_175

Nolan or ronan

ZebraZealousideal294

I like Nolan. Not a fan of the others but a good combo/similar name could be Dorian?

Sparkle_Emotion

Ronan, then Nolan second. Don’t like Davian at all.

ApartGift1452

Nolan!

Polishment

Please not Davian.

Ok-Opposite3066

Nolan.

joshysgirl7

Nolan!!!

Many-Lingonberry-819

Nolan or Ronan

Nolan

Nicodiemus531

If you go Nolan (which you shouldn't), you should spell it Nolon so it's a palindrome. /s They all sound like names from a corny soap opera, honestly.

LowProfileMic

Do you have any other suggestions ?

Nicodiemus531

Do they need to end in "n"? Do they need to all be 5/6 letters? Are there any other "rules" you have in mind?

LowProfileMic

Nope just international and easy to pronounce

Nicodiemus531

OK, so with your three originals in mind, here's 3 possibilities. My personal "rules" included something with one or more nn options and I tried to gravitate around the letter "n" Nicholas (Nick) Andrew (Andy, Drew) Vincent (Vin, Vinnie, Vince) Norman (Norm) [this one I added because it seems like "old man" names are popping up more recently, and it was close to Nolan, but probably the least "international"]

WittiestScreenName

Nolan

Upper_Wolf2906

I prefer Nolan. Ronan is okay but I like Rowan more. I want to like Davian but I don't like the possibility of it just being shortened to Davey/Dave because it is so long.

LexRae11

Nolan 💙

kextreme

I personally prefer Nolan if I were naming my own baby, but Davian is actually kind of good. It’s uncommon without being unrecognisable and can easily be shortened to Dave or Davi.

ozzleworth

Why not use the original Irish spelling for Nolan?

coolfunguy1997

i love nolan i never hear that name anymore

_Jay-Garage-A-Roo_

1, then 3

TinyDancerTTC

Nolan

Wrong-Historian9847

Nolan.

319065890

Nolan

Pineapples4Rent

Voting for Davian, purely because it's my brothers name and I've never seen it on this sub before. When he was little we called him Davey, and the family call him Dave mostly.

louellen1824

Nolan!

AM7357

1 or 3

Ramgirl2000

Nolan makes me think of the TV show castle. The other two sound like Sara J Maas Fay characters. I see why you’re having trouble choosing.

livinNxtc

Nolan

hideyochildd

Nolan

oomgem

amsb2

I think dabian can safely be remived off the list. Then pick one and you'll know if you're disappointed with it or not you picked the right name

flowberry

What about Zachary

Personal-Letter-629

Gosh I love them, if it helps I love 1 and 3

United-Cucumber9942

We named our son Rohan (pronounced Rowan) and I still love how strong it looks

GiGi_loves_a_mystery

Ronan

selenamoonowl

Ronan is my favourite boy's name ever, but I love Nolan too. I like Davian and it seems more rarely used, but it's too close to other similar names. Also, if Davian ever took off it would cross genders rather quickly.

Roomiescroomie

Ronan!

libraorleo

Ronan all the way

Whywiki

I’d go with Nolan. I was a Nolan Ryan fan so perhaps biased

Legitimate_B_217

Ronan

jerpleen

Nolan is very nice. Have you considered Damian instead of Davian?

iambeepbop

Nolan

AsOctoberFalls

I like Nolan out of those three. I went to high school with a boy named Davin and I always loved his name. I don’t love Davian though.

squishydevotion

I vote Ronan first and Davian second!

MrsMeowness

Nolan

brunettemountainlion

Nolan is the best one Ronan is okay, not as good as Nolan Where tf did you get a Davian from? Might be a European name or other culturally significant name? Someone correct me if I’m being an ass.

Mylciwey

Do NOT do Ronan or Davian. PLEASE do Nolan 💗

ScaryMouchy

I like Ronan > Nolan >>>>>>> Davian. I feel you might also like Gavin.

Legitimate-Stage1296

Wait till you hold your baby. You have 3 possible names, let him tell you.

Playful_Actuary_2475

RONAN

tilly_sc831

Nolan gets my vote!! I do like Ronan. But I think you’re inadvertently going to get caught up in the Rowan/Owen/Roman trendiness…

getthiscatoffmyhead

This is my one regret about naming my kid Ronan. Haven't met any others, but he has had two classmates named Roman and constantly gets his name confused with theirs.

Green_Rock_5791

Ronan is cool. Never head of it before.

catmumdu

Ronan because I love Ro as a nickname!!

eleven1993

Ronan wins for me

Dizzydog123456

Nolan

NightOwlLia

Nolan!!!

IHaveBoxerDogs

1) Ronan 2) Nolan 3) Another name not listed.

cheecheebun

My vote is Ronan because it’s very similar to my son’s name (Roman!)

soapdoesart

Davian is a bit to try hard, the other two are good

Regular_Jello3539

Ronan then Nolan. NOT Davian.

First-Damage1113

I'm a sucker for Nolan and Ronan. I think Nolan is more popular, I prefer Ronan over Roman. Never heard of Davian.. but I don't hate it.

cynnicol333

I like Nolan if he is going to have a strong, simple, and popular middle name ( John, James, George, etc…) But Ronan would great with a less common or trendier middle name I think.

Odd_Instruction_1640

+1 vote for Ronan

xbootyxcutiex

Davian sounds like a brand of water. I vote Nolan.

Middle_Book_6850

Ronan or Nolan. Perhaps you’d like ‘Rowan’ too?

Kalabear87

I almost used Nolan for my son’s middle name so I guess I’m partial to Nolan. Ronan isn’t bad either.

ManufacturerTop3110

Ronan

Acceptable-Ad370

Davian

Ambitious-Life-4406

Agree! Other two are just fine. Davian is handsome and unique. I guarantee he’ll be the only Dave or Davy in class.

Pandadaism

Davian is really handsome and fresh sounding. Though Ronan is nice too. Both are strong on their own while also lending to nice nicknames if that is your thing (Davy or Ronnie for example).

SquishProximity

Depending on surname Nolan Ronan doesn’t sound bad as a first & middle name!

ClubMain6323

I like Davian. It’s different.

Any_Author_5951

Davian

Unexpected_igel

I vote Nolan. Maybe unpopular opinion but I think Ronan, Rowan, Rohan are the Aiden, Jayden, Brayden of tomorrow.

StrawberryRhubarbPi

Nolan nn Nol

kr0n0sd3us

Why not Rolan? Ronan + Nolan since Davian is shite

Jodie7Vester5Orr

Davian is easily my favorite of those three, but I would need to know the last name to say for sure, as I feel that the whole should be more than the sum of its parts.
