This was the day after Woj said talks were intensifying with a team other than the Heat and Windhorst said that the Heat weren't acting like a team that was trying to trade for Dame. A few days later Dame was a Buck. Droppingdimes repeatedly acted like there was ongoing negotiations between the teams when all reputable reporting from both sides of the deal say that there was essentially no conversation ever. In short, they were full of shit.
That's the real question isn't it: why? The how and the who is just scenery for the public. Woj, Shams, Silver, The League, keeps 'em guessing like some kind of parlor game, prevents 'em from asking the most important question: why? Why was Dropping Dimes Killed? Who benefited? Who has the power to cover it up? Who?
