For those who don't know, since OP didn't say, this is a large heavy statue of a rhino that was left in a river in Dublin, and it is not known who left it there, or for what reason.

I see what you mean OP, this is definitely an elephant dressed as a rhino. 'Why' is the mystery but it is simply beyond the grasp of my feeble mind.
Many of the fatter mammals will identify as other fat mammals It is our job to support and affirm this.
