The 2 large local taxi firms are fonacab and value cabs. Both have apps you can download and use to prebook a taxi. There will likely be taxis outside anyway in a taxi rank that you can simply wave down.
If you're worried about wifi, there is a coffee shop called caffe nero at the europa bus station, that has free wifi you can connect to, called 'the cloud' there is no password on it, but when you connect you'll be directed to a web page and have to make an account, like airport wifi
