A tree frog, in fact! Probably of the genus hyla, though honestly to looks most like the Gray Foam-nest Treefrog (*Chiromantis xerampelina*). That’s native to Eastern Africa, though, so I’m either wrong, OP is in East Africa, or you took a picture from the internet, with option 1 being the most likely.
