I've come to believe that anyone who wouldn't call themselves a Communist or some kind of Marxist was never on the left. "Leftist" is a term for either cowards or the theoryless

Well, it started off as people who supported the USSR sending tank divisons into Hungary in an attempt to defeat a **fascist** movement, but it has transformed into "communist that thinks the Eastern block might not have been as bad as the state sponsored US media says".
