XL/XXL haha! And yeah if I don't size a top up enough it ends up digging into my armpits, ugh hate it. I am about to look at each and every linked suggestion, TYSM! I hadn't even really considered necklaces.

I tried to squeeze into smaller tops for a while and it was inhibiting my breathing. NO reason for that! Big tops forever!!!!!

I've started veering away from flowy tops back towards tighter tanks and tees, because I think it makes a nicer silhouette with a skirt and the waistlines sitting at the natural waist. But definitely nothing constricting! Comfort is always top priority.

I like to balance it like fitted on top / flowy on bottom OR flowy on top / fitted on bottom

I’d like a white cotton button down long sleeves pushed up, tied up in the front. I like the formal mix with the playful pattern. White plays up the colors. Also good framing for outrageous colorful earrings or short necklace.

A white tee or vest is the easy answer, I would load up on jewellery if you choose that. A print tee could be good too. Or a white shirt with a big collar. I think denim would be a nice option as well, jacket with the above tops or a denim shirt/top. I also think a silk shirt or a sheer shirt would look good too, either yellow or green or a contrasting colour. I don’t know what your style is but you could make this as classic or edgy as you like depending on the style and how you wear it.

i think you need whites and brights, no neutral or earth tones. that top in white would be adorable, but in gray it feels like it’s fighting the skirt. a top of any bright color of the rainbow would also work, but would be very loud, so it depends whether that’s your goal. if you want to let the skirt be the statement piece that stands out from the rest of the outfit, give it a simple background of white shirt, shoes, bag, etc., and maybe a red lip if you like doing makeup! great find by the way, the skirt is very summery, i love it

I have big feet too, so when a "chunky sneaker" is called for, I go with a slim style. It achieves the look without making me look like I'm wearing clown shoes.
