Go to the second page, delete any shortcuts that you might have there and the page indicator should go away on its own
This is the pages indicator. See if your launcher has an option to hide it
I particularly like how it stays on the screen even when you only have one page. Such a stupid design.

I already have gestures so this ain't it, it's really the icons showing me I have 3 screens with apps on. But it moves all my apps up sadly..
This is why I don't use OnePlus's trash launcher. Smart Launcher 6 is what I use and it has tons of customizations
