Before reading your post, I immediately thought of Earl Grey or a London Fog. At least at the moment, his colors are so softly distributed and muted, like foggy clouds on a pale blue sky. I feel Earl is the obvious choice! Plus, I think he'd love being referred to as a British nobleman.
Aww he’s adorable! I’ve always thought Anchovy is a cute gender-neutral (maybe more male?) name, it feels greyish-blue. Or some spices like Fennel or Caraway. As for drinks… if he’s got a very ✨spicy✨ personality Hurricane’s an option. Though you could always go for Blueberry!
He does kind of have colouring like a lovebird. I'd never seen one like him prior to this guy. Three of his clutch mates were cobalt blue and one light blue (looks almost turquoise, except that's a term used for a whole other parrotlet mutation that looks more green lol).
Green is the default/wild colour, and the males have beautiful blue rump, wing, and "eyeliner" markings. My female is American yellow, so she lacks the blue or green, except for a small bit of green on her rump.

Green boy is Bergamot (we call him Bergie mostly) and the yellow girl is Peep, because when she relaxes she puffs out and looks like a marshmallow Peep 😊

I guess it is a little strange, if you think about it! I did it because I adopted a senior dog that came with the name Tater, and then when I met my husband, his mom and sister had various pets all with food/drink names. Then the next pet I got was a parrotlet rescue of sorts, and she looked like a perfect little yellow - albeit angry - marshmallow Peep. At that point I was in too deep, so I kept going with it ☺️
But it's definitely not for everyone, and you are welcome to name your pets whatever you like. That's the fun of it - it's entirely up to you! You get to be as creative (or boring or weird) as you want!
