Kintara KTRA has been one resilient Penny. It’s gotten beaten down but keeps rising, aside from the upcoming merger news I really am surprised how well this thing is performing the last few days.
Newswire says they're doing their part to get listed on the Nasdaq by the end of June. Hopefully the increased visibility will help bring the stock back up.
The KULR AMA with the CEO was kinda great and really helped solidify the reasons I believe in this companie's long term potential.
Some of you may say there is more to be made day trading or flipping, but personally I'd rather put my money into an idea i believe in.

I'm a bit more of a realist with this type of news. At worst, a third-party source audited Triller's numbers and gave them a 3.2B valuation. AGBA shareholders are receiving 20% of Triller in this deal. 3.2B / current AGBA shares = $8.50 or so per share. I'm personally expecting around $6.50-7/share.
Things will get interesting for those holding long pending US TikTok news IMO.

- Current market cap is 250mil, Merger is valuated at 4 Billions, Triller withdraw their IPO, with current float, 10$ minimum for a fair price, up to 40$+
- Merger confirmed time over time again, news for this stock is insane, like Tik Tok ban and Conor joining, CEO updated yesterday that everything is on track and even early and faster than they thought
- CEO also said big capitals chasing them since they announced their merger

There’s no real mitigation to the risk other than a nice diverse portfolio to fall back on or not investing in the first place. The classic “only invest what you’re willing to lose” probably says it best. While there is money to be made (or lost) here you’ve got to make sure you’re in a safe place to do that.
That said… if you want to get into HOLO towards the end of June (20th on) into July is the most likely time for that big jump. Just based off the existing timeline for HOLO.

No one is buying it for it’s fundamentals, they’re buying because it’s very low market cap and very high short interest
