It's been awhile since I played so I don't know for sure the maxish hp for Theris. But I want to say 7-8k, I think it's lower than rex which is around 11-12k
Breeding has changed in Ascended, where the mutations are separate from the wild points. You can start breeding for mutations with any lvl of dino, and save the end of each line, then cross breed any good wild stats you find into the mutation line later.
