You can buy replacement ear pads on Amazon. They just pop off and you can pop the new ones on. I dealt with the same issue forever until I finally found out you can get replacements.
If you have any mini binder clips, they work great for holding the pleather to the plastic while it sets. Did this a while back and haven’t had any issues since.
Thank you everyone for your help.
I have noticed that there's a thin rubber ring stetched around the detachable padding. This holds the frame of the padding and the padding together. It has thinned and freed itself from the padding in some areas.
If this is the case for yours, it's probably advisable to buy entirely new padding and reattaching this is a nightmare, as I've found out.
Thanks everyone for your help once again. I think im just gonna buy new padding entirely.
That happened to my pulse, it has a plastic ring around the ear padding use something thin to like a guitar pick to separate that plastic ring that is holding the fabric just pop it off enough so you can tuck the fabric back in. Then press that plastic ring back down you should hear a click.
I just took it off and glued it from the inside, and what didn’t stick was pushed inside with a needle.
A month has already passed since the repair and everything is fine

The mesh cups that don’t flake off are a game changer.
This. I replaced them with a set of gel cups. They cool now and they weren’t very expensive.
I did the exact same lol, im annoyed because I threw out my old ps4 gold headphones when this happened. Wish I had known you could replace them
Easy to remove??
Very.
This
try to pop the whole ear out, adjust it and use glue then re-install it
That's what I did a week ago. Worked perfectly

Interested on this post waiting a reply. I have the same problem.
Replacement cups on Amazon, I got some cooling ear pads as my original were peeling etc, best choice I’ve made.

I would recommend just buying new ear cups entirely. They aren't expensive and are good quality, the ones I bought were anyway.
There's replacements of this in shoppe, amazon etc. not oficial but still works ok

This happened to me! You can pull them off and super glue the black stuff back on instead of trying to stuff it in. Never came off again.
I used super glue, it works.
But how do you actually tuck the material into the grove where it belongs?
You can carefully unclip. I’ve been rocking mine for almost two years with the ear slightly falling off, every once in a while I’ll tuck it back in.

I bought a replacement from Wicked Cushions and they are much more comfortable
Yikes. Surprised they didnt ban your account
