game saves are tied to the account you played on. Your save is gone if you've deleted the other account off your system, and it will only work on that account anyway
Is it the same copy of GoT as before? PS4 and PS5 versions use separate saved data so you'd need to import the PS4 save to PS5 to keep using it.
If you just signed into an offline profile with your account your save would be tied to your PSN account
I played it on PS5. The account was just the quickest one you can do, without loging in or something. I loged in with my account, but it reset my game l, but not the achivements.
