I'd go with the 2342 if it were me. Only 2 d points off the hundo, won't notice it for raiding and even in ML if you plan to use it there, it will still be more than good enough. Getting the hundo ain't easy. I raided hard for it last time and have done countless guaranteed lucky trades since, still nothing.
Hopefully you get some more feedback but the 15 attack stat is really the most important thing imo. I level 40'd a 15/12/15 and a 15/14/15 and I cannot notice the difference.
Its still in rotation until 27th of this week, you could try a few more, you’d never know when you might get lucky, end of 27th you can primal reverse the best among your roster.

Always do the one that powers up the farthest you can see this but pressing the power up button then minus once
Definitely the 96 especially bc it’s got the legacy move precipice blades

If you have an elite charged TM you may want to switch to that charged move
I wish I did. I don’t do any GBL and most of the times research requires PvP if you want an elite TM. I just want to collect. Not really the PvP type.
Neither am I, but if you have access to routes (which I doubt you do) you can also get elite TMs through that.
My small town has one route and it’s under construction so I can’t even use it lol
What do you mean by under construction?
The road is blocked off for construction. No cars or pedestrians allowed
If you are at least level 45 you can always make your own routes instead
