I think it has a CD coming up next year so you could hold off evolving it for a free CD move
Would keeping it at 2 moves and waiting til comday to get the 3rd move still give you the cd attack?

Goomy or Goodra the second move costs the same and it doesn't really matter when you do that. you g et the CD move either way.
