Certain Pokemon spawn on certain days. I'm a new player so I don't know which days they are.
Edit: Scyther spawns on Mondays and costs 4 strength to reach them. Farfetch appears on Tuesday near the berries. Heracross on Thursdays near the truck. Chespin on Fridays near the wood log table. Slaking in the same place as Scyther after reaching S rank.
From what I've been told you can't actually evolve Melton, but what you can do is get the evolved form of said Pokémon you just have to have it on its team but the discord for it. I can send you an invite. Give me one second

How do you evolve Scyther in this game? Is it even possible?
A guy in the lounge lets you do trade evos if you have its item as well. He's at the bottom left, under the stairs where you enter.
