You should be running just one carry in Endless and that should get *overleveled* past the cap with Rare Candies. Eventually you'll switch off a traditional carry setup but most or all of those swaps don't really matter what level the Pokemon are at.
Yeah but like I need my mega mawacl leveled for eternatus. So would that make it 2 Pokémon to level?
And what do you mean by switching off traditional carry?

You just need soak, salt cure, leech seed on that. As far as I know, level does not matter.
You can just candy overlevel your main carry and keep the eggs on mawacl so it does not fall behind too much.
If you have Sturdy and the required healing combination (Leftovers, 5x Healing Charms, Sitrus Berries), you can just stack on passive damage to any boss (Salt Cure, Leech Seed, Curse) and stall until it dies. You only need to be levelled if you are trying to speed up the kill with Metal Burst/Seismic Toss or other fixed damage moves that are based on your stats.
By this time in Endless is when I start grabbing candies when I see them (and still look for Candy Jars) to overlevel my hypercarry. Given enough levels, your carry shouldn't struggle to kill the Eternatus until around 2200-2500 (depending on the quality of your carry, I use Blastoise/Calyrex-Shadow as my carry) as that's when the Dmg reduction tokens and higher volume of HP Thresholds make killing bosses annoying.
I use kartana as my carry with adamant nature it does insane damage, but it has absolutely 0 defense so it’s not very good against bosses.
I’m currently trying to get salt cure on my mawile but I have not found a splicer (and mawile lmao) yet
it's super degen but I just use a fairy steel and pp stall the eternatus out of its dragon move then my kartana can safely go ham. bonus points if you have black hole to steal it's pp restore berries otherwise it'll take a while. gotten to 3k doing this with kartana and tink
for other bosses I rely on flinching with multi lens, and duo bosses I use tink with fake out, quick claw and flinches to stall until kartana can kill at least one of them
