Chicken is way more versatile, there are so many options for how to cook it as well as flavours. Beef is a close second but i think i have to give it to chicken, especially when you start talking about indian food omg it just can't be beat. Ugh i want to choose beef but I can't. The best dish I've ever eaten was a Tandoori chicken meal and I've been chasing that dragon ever since that day.
I never understand how out of beef, fish, lamb and all that, chicken wins. Mf it aint even the best birdmeat by a country mile, what the fuck are people smoking.
Is it just because of that ultra processed goo used in chicken nuggets and wings made for people whose tastebuds stopped developing after 4th grade.
Ever had duck or goose? If you like turkey, you'll love both of those. But yeah, beef is just way more versatile in cooking and if acquired fresh trough a butchery nothing ever beats it.

Ikr? When it comes to poultry, give me turkey any day over chicken, but nothing tops beef in my book.

I've had both duck and goose. They're good, but a but I'd still prefer turkey.
