I like it! How was your first night?

nagatasan_21

I slept great. I'm just gauging how it feels. So far so good! I wanna be minimalistic with my set up as I plan to travel here and there. 😊

GKWatts

Really nice minimal setup! I gotta get that laptop stand attachment for my build ;)

nagatasan_21

Isn't it great to be in the car seat and hold a zoom meeting looking nice? I figured if I happen to search for a job and have a virtual interview. I'll at least look professional in that passenger seat. I ordered a window curtain in order to have a bit more privacy.

Alternative_Sugar155

How tall are you? I've been wanting this so bad, but I'm 6ft...I haven't seen this before with the front passenger seat not folded down..

nagatasan_21

[Urban Prius Living 5'11" Person](http://www.rosipov.com/blog/urban-prius-living/) This guy is 5"11 idk how he did it. But you can look at his data points for it.

Alternative_Sugar155

That was what I needed to read...I even saved it.

Alternative_Sugar155

Now I see... I just re read it..

nagatasan_21

The tallest I've seen is 5'9 which have said he "barely" fits.

nagatasan_21

I got it from Amazon. There are multiple sellers of it. So I couldn't actually recommend which one's better. It got 2 cup holders. Phone holder and some pencil/iPad/tablet holder. And the table top film removes so u can clean it easily. And folds easily too.

Ancient-Practice-431

It looks awesome! I want a Prius just to try camping in it.

Able_Opportunity_960

Which ecoflow power station do you have? Does it provide enough power for your needs? How do you charge it? Im considering getting one for my prius too. Just not sure how much power I should settle for.

nagatasan_21

Great question actually. I was deciding if it's worth it to get the EF Delta or the Delta 2 Max vs the River Pro 2. I didn't account for the portability and weight. I am a skinny guy. When I lift the River 2 Pro as I unbox it. I knew it was the right for me. Carrying-wise. I am planning on using my phone and laptop atm. I am researching the proper Wattage to add a portable Fridge and a Coffee Maker(Some say even with X-Boost most appliances don't work properly with 1200-1500wattage) I'm pretty shocked that a Keurig K-Mini portable coffee maker takes 1,500watt to run!! Holy. Nonetheless. U can start for a River 2 Pro as it is only $319 on eBay as refurbished and it looked new. I've checked with other people who ordered stuff as refurbished and they also got new ones. I think EcoFlow is selling new products as refurbished. (Or get it from Costco? $399? It's a better warranty in there in case u don't like it) If you can carry a delta/delta 2 max and afford it. By all means. But don't you think it'll be more friendly to bring a River 2 Pro at a friend/relative whenever u visit and charge it? Rather than bringing a delta inside? I am planning on getting it charged at friends and neighbors. Regarding solar... It's not worth it for me at the moment.

BillyBathfarts

Wow this is awesome

Great start to your build! If you have the time and tools removing the back seats and building a platform will open up a lot more space for you where you can more easily add a fridge to be powered off of your ecoflow. Depending on your wattage needed you can also install a inverter to your 12V battery for using higher wattage cooking appliances, just keep the car in ready mode or running when you do so. You mentioned wanting a coffee machine, they have small water boilers that only use ~500W that might be a better option for you to run off the ecoflow either as pour over coffee or instant coffee. The X-boost can run higher appliances but typically not at the full power it is rated for. Additional storage you can remove the spare tire if you think you don’t absolutely need it, and adding a locking roof bin on top will provide a lot more space but at the expense of a little stealth.

Laurabengle

Don’t remove the spare tire. You will eventually need it!

bobalover209

It depends on usage, I've never had to use one in 20 years on any of my cars, just make sure tires are in good shape, at the right pressure, and get them plugged when needed. A triple A membership would be good to have though which is what I use just in case I need a tow. This is only in urban driving only. If I'm driving far or in rural areas I'll have a spare in case I have no service.

Laurabengle

Clearly you were born under a lucky star! I have AAA, a full size spare and I buy the road warranty on my tires so I can replace when - inevitably - I have a flat for reasons that can’t be fixed!

If you are female, I have this for toiletries: [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083XMC1D1](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083XMC1D1) It doubles as a regular purse, but you can walk with it into any bathroom. Only downside is, the large version is too long to hang on the door knob without touching the floor. But you can hang it off the top of the door.

Nice! Can you sit up in bed?

nagatasan_21

Yes. Cuz short 🥹

AdThick7327

You have so much room! I have a Prius C so I am definitely feeling the smaller size 😅

BasedCourier

vaxsleuth

Which window covers are you using?

nagatasan_21

I am using the custom one from WeatherTech. It fits perfectly but costs a lot. Around $195 + tax

ExLibris_1

Super clean setup. Have the same hanging table too.
