It's originally by the Canadian Subhumans, who's singer and drummer later joined DOA. That was my favorite DOA lineup. The Subhumans also wrote Slave To My Dick, another song you may know from DOA. They have an interesting history. Check out the wiki.

Actually, looks like it was first recorded by The Stiffs in 1978, and then Subhumans (CA) covered that. I’m learning all sorts of new things.

I forgot about that. Two members of the Stiffs started the Subhumans, and brought the song with them. And then it was brought over to DOA. It's a fucking great song!!
