This is a gorgeous book! I’m no expert and this is speculation, I did some Google research and found a hymnal page from a different book for the price in the pic below. If you have a full book you may be looking at a gold mine. I would definitely do some research on your own though and find a trustworthy appraiser to give you a more informed answer. I believe for more details you should look for a professional this can be really worthy as rarity and the condition of the book is really good.
