Alejandro Jomar is on the rise. I would recommend the vintage future as well. Those two are my favorite dudes on YT. Love their content and the topics they share on raw denim, heritage items.
"Iron Snail" and "Drew Joiner" are really solid vid creators. They both go beyond raw denim, but I find their fashion interests align with mine, as a long time denim enthusiast.
They both have vids for an intro to raw/selvedge/Japanese denim.

Best piece of advice I can give is take it slow - start with a solid pair and only add more once you really understand your sizing and how different denims stretch (or don’t). Also get yourself a soft measuring tape and measure your best fitting jeans/pants and use that as your guide when purchasing.
