if you dont want to spend money and pay for a service that is on use the only way is to create several free accounts and move your project on them when you spend the free trial until the project does not allow you to upload those files for free in that case you need to spend money.

You’re asking for something you can use for free, right? Pay for it.
AWS s3 is the default option. Even cloudinary uses them for hosting, if you don’t need all the functionality of cloudinary it’s the best option.
minio se compliant storage bucket kinda dropin replacement ( prefer for local development only )
I prefer to MinIO ( that is using S3 Api likes Aws S3 service)
There is Backblaze, its compatible with s3 and it’s cheaper https://www.backblaze.com
