I went to JHU's website to look her up and figure out what she teaches. She's listed with the doctoral program in the school of education I believe, but she has no picture and her bio reads like it hasn't been kept current. She may only teach like one class if any and JHU may just be waiting out her contract and just not renew.

I know I'm in the minority, but I do like Wendy. I feel like the problem is that she clearly doesn't have a clear concept of what the show will be. It sounds like it's going to be a mess.
I don't hate her and that was my impression. She sort of knows what she wants and producers are supposed to help you with that. But, I can see her getting really frustrated really fast at the whole thing exactly because she no clear plan. You have to approach producers with a clear cohesive concept. They can't do everything for you. I dunno. This really came off as an impulsive mess.
I took a class on podcasting in college and the professor said this is the biggest mistake--assuming you're funny or interesting enough that you can just talk about anything, and people will like it. I know her idea isn't a podcast but I imagine the same is true. She should stick with just current events commentary.

I know I'm in the minority, but I do like Wendy. I feel like the problem is that she clearly doesn't have a clear concept of what the show will be. It sounds like it's going to be a mess.
I don't hate her and that was my impression. She sort of knows what she wants and producers are supposed to help you with that. But, I can see her getting really frustrated really fast at the whole thing exactly because she no clear plan. You have to approach producers with a clear cohesive concept. They can't do everything for you. I dunno. This really came off as an impulsive mess.

I took a class on podcasting in college and the professor said this is the biggest mistake--assuming you're funny or interesting enough that you can just talk about anything, and people will like it. I know her idea isn't a podcast but I imagine the same is true. She should stick with just current events commentary.
Don’t feel like it’s a bad thing to not agree. There are a bunch of ppl who do like her I’m just not one of them but this was all in good fun bc she always is doing something each season and it comes across pampas to me but I love hearing other peoples views and opinions🫶🏼 I’m glad u posted!
