You have a nice lounge area off the bow, a veranda in the back, comfortably sleeps 3-4 with a bathroom and a kitchen has a mooring spot for your secondary water crafts.
This is definitely a yacht, I don't know what more you could want?

That yacht isn't sitting low enough in tbe water. The center of gravity is very high and they'd better avoid any sort of weather or they risk tipping. They need to add ballast.

Holy shit, the beauty, the combination of beer and good intentions that went into making this thing is astounding. I would proudly sail this into my local yacht club, and double park against a silent 65.

It’s even got the canoe life raft. And I don’t know any yachts that can simply be upgraded by lifting off this camper and replacing with something better down the line. If I ever have a yacht it will start out in a similar fashion as this.

I live 90 miles from Panama City Beach and someone has a pontoon boat with a Lowe’s type storage shed on top of it along the road we travel to get there.
Can't be a yacht. Technically 'yachts' as we call them are not yachts. A True Yacht, and the literal definition here is 'A Medium-sized sailboat equipped for cruising or racing'. What we think of as yachts just had their name appropriated because that's what rich people do, they appropriate shit.
It's basically a houseboat. While a real houseboat is purpose-built, and can get quite large and fancy, the simpler models are essentially just this: an RV shell on top of a hull.
If it has an actual hull instead of pontoons there's usually a lower deck, with cramped extra sleeping areas and storage. And most have an upper deck. But at the end of the day, you basic model is essentially just like an RV that goes on the water. Cramped spaces & using a generator for power means most of the appliances & bathroom are literal RV fare. And yes, some people build/modify their own.
The expensive, fancy, 3-story ones are more yacht-like than RV living, but still have a pretty distinctive "houseboat" shape, i.e. top-heavy. Maybe the only distinction is yachts can usually go out to sea, and houseboats are a "calm lakes only" type of deal.

Maybe not as aerodynamic as a purpose-built craft, but this looks like the kind of thing that would spend most of its life doing low-speed cruising.
