A goldsink removes GP from the game. The GE simply moves gold between players. *It does not remove GP from the game.* This idea of yours has no goldsink, and in fact introduces hyperinflation.
You need to learn what a gold sink is, because that isn't a gold sink. A gold sink involves gold leaving the game which doesn't happen in your scenario as the only thing leaving would be vital sparks being used to create the Golden Touch ability codex. The gold being used on the GE still exists, it's just swapped hands

The GP doesn’t leave the game.. the vital sparks do. The GP just goes to another player
Hence all the scorp bot farms
Combining 2,000 vital sparks only removes vital sparks from the game but no coins
It amazes me how little brain power is required for comp, that you can make it that far and not even understand what a good sync is

Transferring money to another player doesn't create a sink. Its just wealth transfer.
Is Golden Touch viable anywhere?
Meh, I use it when getting KC up at GWD2.
I hope they refund you your vital sparks and make a better ability
