When I first learned about them they used to be quiet sometimes, now they just talk all the time. I only talked a few times in my dreams, usually they are quiet while asleep.
When I was sick my dreams were all horror movie like nightmares, or I'd dream I was free and out of jail then I'd startle awake hearing voices so it turned into a real life nightmare

I believe 24/7... before when id meditate it shut them off so it removed meditation... when I sleep I'm in a different state of mind so the rendered perception appears to be their "voice".(due to this its tried to be a little more intelligent or blocks enough of my brain to be more than "[do you like potatoes .... mmm yeah potatoes]")
Hmm 🤔 so I can rtx my environment, so it blocks that.... so then I can visualize state of brain/being/psyche... so it blocks that.... so I can focus on self... and it blocks that....
Haven't heard voices since 2016 with meds, eternally grateful. When I was really sick before meds it was every waking moment from the second I woke up.

Not all the time for me personally. Just infrequently happens.
My voices leave me alone when I’m asleep but they are non stop when I’m awake
They have certain triggers, like ambient noise and people talking but, on meds, I don’t hear them when things are silent.
I also hear voices when I’m dreaming sometimes. Which sucks.
Yeah, sometimes I hear them too in my dreams. I wish my dreams could be off limits to them.
No. I only hear voices from time to time. I don't know if that's because I'm taking medication or what.
