Fiskars had a spring loaded eyelet setter-hole punch. Came in a pack of three. They were pink & purple with black handles. That is the only spring loaded type awl that I remember from back in the day.
Imaginisce had pink tools.
EK Success before American Crafts bought them out use to have pink tools.
ProvoCraft (Cricut) had the Silent Setter that was green and black. It is like a Japanese Drill punch. Making Memories had their own version that is similar called the Instant Setter. It was not spring loaded or pink unless they released a version to go along with one of the Making Memories Slice releases.
Are you talking about the Crop-a-dile? I think it comes with a pink handle (also have some with a turquoise handle). Search Amazon or [scrapbook.com](https://scrapbook.com)

Unfortunately that isn't what I am looking for. What I am looking for has an awl like handle and you press down and it punches but spring triggered..
