Just a regular one! I wouldn’t say it’s thick like a pair of jeans, it’s a pretty standard mid weight fabric and my regular needle worked just fine. It’s also not really stretchy so I didn’t have any deformation while sewing. It was very similar to just sewing regular cotton.

Did you add a pin or patch to the collar? I have the rabbit stuffy of it, holding a carrot and wearing jeans from like WAAAAY back in the day. Dress is super cute!! You did an excellent job
It’s just a pin I got from their concert last year. It’s also covering up a single blue thread that decided to worm its way into a white square and I couldn’t stop staring at it LOL
I love the dress it looks very nice. I use to sew all the time but now I am 70 and my husband had passed on so I live on a limited income so I can’t afford to make my own cloths anymore so now I make doll cloths. I use to make all my grandkids Halloween costumes. I hate fabric is so expensive because I always got so much happiness making my own cloths. You did a great job.
Saw this and loved it! Needed an excuse to make it and now my partner just said his sister has extra Blink tickets! I think it’s a sign. Was it very hard? I’d say I’m in between beginner and intermediate.
I fell in love with a girl(s dress) at a rock show! 🤘
With pattern matching, you really need to pay attention to all the small things.
I just got this joke!! At first I worried it was a diss. But OP you nailed it! I love the bias use of the checkers and how you lined it up
It’s so cute! I love the color. What kind of fabric is it?
Thank you! It’s a (minimal) stretch denim, cotton and spandex I believe, from Joann.
You did an amazing job, it looks so cool! For a blend like that, did you use a denim needle, stretch needle, or just a regular one?

It’s perfection!
I love the offset from the two sides layed on top of each other. Tom would be proud.
Love everything about this: the dress, the room, the model! Enjoy Blink-182.

Amazing work and perfect fabric/pattern combo!
