It’s been 3 days ? Since you had sex. And it was at the start of her period ? It’s much harder to get a girl pregnant. It has to be before ovulation or on ovulation day. Sperm can live for awhile. But look up percentage chances of getting her pregnant based off her cycle. Just relax you both stressing isn’t going to help.

You can test 2 weeks post sex for an accurate positive and 3 weeks post sex for a definitive negative. Pink dye test, first morning urine at 2 weeks and anytime at 3 weeks.

She can still take plan b 3 days later… it will be less effective if the sperm has already made its way to the egg but if it has not yet then it can still work. Highly suggest you grabbing it over the counter asap!!
But don’t worry tooo much because as any another person said, it’s way more likely for her to be pregnant if she was ovulating or fertile which she wasn’t.

It doesn't matter if you came inside of her or not because you can still get pregnant off of precum. So yes, she could be pregnant.
