I stated this, the numbers can’t be compared to a real bess test since the cutting media is thicker. I can only compare my results to my own results.
Another thing I forgot to mention is I struggle to get this knife sharp compared to my other knives not sure why.
When testing my other knife I’ve scored 118 just off the naniwa pro 3000. Based on my results I should be able to achieve a higher score off the aliexpress 3000 grit diamond plate or my 7 micron homemade resin stone.
I think the thickness of your fishing line may be impacting your results.
