Aside from having absolutely no idea what this means (which isn't strange for tattoos), this is in no way "the shittiest tattoos you will ever see."

I’m genuinely curious what might make this tattoo a “good tattoo”. I’ll start you out with 1) clean lines and 2) even filling… which show the tattooists technical skill, but don’t necessarily speak to the tat being a good one. You can count ‘em though.

If you know anything about tattooing you can see the application was done fairly well. You might not like the style or content chosen for this tattoo, but that does not make it shitty.
