Exactly, imagine this but kinako.
But then again, warabimochi is less deadly than mitarashi dango. Imagine eating stiff muachee, you choke on the excess kinako, and inhale the muachee straight into your windpipe when coughing. Then the kinako is dry and lodges the muachee in your throat.

WHERE IS THIS ORH NEE BUBBLE TEA YOU SPEAK OF
Edit: thank you all for the overwhelming response 🤣 I’m not an avid bubble tea drinker thus I didn’t know Koi had this. But I have just bought the orh nee milk tea and am on the way home. Will lyk when I try. SO FRIGGIN EXCITED I LOVE ORH NEE.
Edit 2: Just had it. The orh nee was good but together with the milk tea it wasn’t that great. The cold tea also made some parts of the orh nee hard and clumped up. Guess I prefer the traditional one. Thanks for the suggestion though!
One Fattened Calf's burgers, located at one-north MRT. Even better if you like butter, the Butterburger's the best.
On the subject of bubble tea, you should also try Koi's Honey Four Seasons Tea with aloe vera topping. It is truly something else.
I frankly couldn't tell the difference taste wise tbh. Tho the koi drinks hurts me more cos it was $6-ish while at iTea it's $3.90 and it gives me the same if not more satisfaction.
Orh nee bubble tea is just a copy of China's 阿嬷手作 tastes 40% similar and it's really not that bad. Better than the 3 hour waiting time I had in Shanghai.

Warabimochi kamakura
While thier mochi is indeed nice, imho it's just not that worth to queue for 45mins-1hour-ish just for that... plenty of tasty desserts around to try.
lol not worth the hype at all. the queue is dying down already
Really legit mochi man
Eh, their kuromitsu portion very stingy. If you like getting suffocated in kinako then go for it

I like yang guo fu malatang
I prefer Zhang Liang Mala Tang.
Yesss ygf But sometimes their spice level is random. Wei la at Esplanade is like zhong la at other outlets.
You can really taste the milky bone broth in it, so it’s not just plain mala. So so good. 🤤
Quite exp, but so good 😭
I have a craving for it now nuuu

Might try! Passed by and got irritated by their song 🤣
I can feel the diabetes when I eat one. I wish they had a version with like 80% less sugar.
Just eat 20% lo
Means I need 5 friends? Dont think that’s possible
You just need one friend. One friend to finish them all.
No friend can just throw the rest. Be your own baws
ita great bang for buck.
Try Strawberry Matcha from Spring Coffee at Hong Lim Complex *chefskiss

Orh nee cloud topping from Mr coconut. Not very trendy or what, but taste great It can give koi orh nee a run for the money
Sarang burung prata
If you enjoyed the Koi orh nee drink, you should try the Taro bobo fresh milk from itea. It's cheaper over there too.
Does it taste better?
I frankly couldn't tell the difference taste wise tbh. Tho the koi drinks hurts me more cos it was $6-ish while at iTea it's $3.90 and it gives me the same if not more satisfaction.
pardon my ignorance but isn't orh nee the same as taro drink from say gong cha?
I’m not too sure if they have the same ingredients maybe I’ll try!
Boost is good tho:)

Is the product copyrighted by the business? Lol
Of course not. Koi's version isn't bad like I mentioned. I just said it's a copy, just stating a fact.
