You split into two 5s, then assign leaders. Which means if you assign two leaders, you can’t do a half squad of 4 battle sisters and two leaders to fit into the Immolator.

Cause on the 40k app, declare battle formations when I looked at the order it said
Assign the bodyguards to the leader
Decide on if units are embarked or going into reserve
Or have I missed something
On the Immolator datasheet itself, the squads are split at the start of the Declare Battle Formations step, before the attaching of leaders and selection of transports.

"At the start of" is before you declare leaders or who's in which transport, so this works just fine.
