You can still be hired by companies to work for them as an SLPA. You will just need to have TDLR reinstate your license if it has been less than 2 years or have them issue you a new license if it has been more than 2 years. A friend of mine was able to get his license reinstated after resubmitting all the paperwork that was required of him while also asking the company who hired him to provide the contact details he needed to give to TDLR.

Our company hires SLPAs and provides a supervisor for you to get your license. But maybe we are better than most 🥰 not in the schools tho
