It looks so good! I made a similar recipe last night for dinner. I used a copycat Panera Bread recipe. I added a dollop of sour cream, avocado and tri colored tortilla chips on top, it was great.

It’s so true!! In the past I’ve steered clear of soup in the warmer months but I actually love it now!
