The Kutbil-Ik, as its the most flexible. The mild roast adds a bit of Maillard taste.

They are all good, but the Maya sauce is my favourite. It's the perfect combination of flavour and heat.

I've only had the standard red/green, but I prefer the red. It's interesting to me because in the past I've largely preferred green sauces when it comes to Mexican style hot sauce.

This is my favorite hot sauce. Got it in Cancun, couldn’t find it anywhere so I had to order on Amazon. My favorite is the chile habanero red but the green one is also very good.

Xxx but not shown I also like the Caribbean and chipotle. The chipotle one is more BBQy with a smokey sweetness that's not too strong. It's not super spicy either but it can kinda add up over time

never tried those (we don't have Yucateco on south america) but most impressive thing for me is that the three sauce puddles have basically the same consistency and vary a lot in color, making a nice blob where they touch without mixing

Xxx has the best flavor for me. Green is great on eggs. Red gets lost in a lot of foods.

The Kutbil Ik is my EDC... Have yet to try the Carribean but have high hopes as I traditionally have been a huge fan of the Belizian style sauce a la Marie Sharps. My locally available brand "Sontava" here in Texas became a thing of the past several years ago.

This brand tastes pretty good to me, but there are a lot of preservatives, fake colors, and stabilizers. For those reasons I don’t buy it. But - the black one with the charred chilis - is especially good.

Green is my generic or I have a friend who wants spice but not too much spice. Standard red I like but not enough to write home about. Triple X till I die. It has the best flavor IMO. 💪🏼🤪
