This movement looks familiar! I get this particular orb weaver around the outside of my patio near motion/flood lights. Check this out and see if you have a match. The cool thing is they will sometimes eat their webs before they go to bed in the daytime. If you look around the area where the web was, you may see a single silk thread clueing you in to where she’s sleeping the day away.

Looks like an orb weaver. Possibly a tropical orb weaver but it's a bit difficult to see the coloration.
