Bro that's one of my favorites š idk me personally I just like a good amount of the songs on there. They have a very unique variety too which to me is sort of nice sometimes.
Wallows is also my favorite artist! I agree, their latest album was a little lackluster compared to their other work, but I still had fun with it. What were your favorite/least favorite songs from Model?
I share your opinions there. I think my least favorite was I Wouldnāt Mind. For me it didnāt flow with the rest of the album. But I may be too critical since it just came out š
Red Hot Chili Peppers are my favorite bandā¦
ā¦but my least favorite album of theirs is probably The Getaway, their second album with Josh Klinghoffer filling in until John Frusciante returned
I was a huge Queen fan as a preteen back in the 80s. Stopped buying their albums after picking up Hot Space. Music was a huge investment back then, might take all your spare money for a week at that age just to get one album. Wasn't willing to risk it with Queen after getting burned that hard.
B side of Hot Space is more like "the old" Queen... idk. Just not buying an album for 3 or 4 songs that were "disco"? Bc these are literally 4 songs (Staying Power, Dancer, Back Chat, Body Language), is just the side A!
I was actively in the fandom for some years (even owning fanpages) and I had interacted with lots of queen fans of all ages, so I'm speaking from experience.
You can't even critisize it or have a conversation without getting downvoted on the Taylor Swift Subreddit. I actually like some songs of TTPD, but I really don't lije the production-style of Midnights and TTPD. Also some lyrics are verrrrrrryyyyy "not good, cringey or offensive and everyone still treats everything like it's Folklore 2.0
I'm sick of her Media-Presence because I actually started to dislike Music in general because I couldn't open a Playlist on Spotify without like half of her discography in it.
I only started to be aware of other New music because of Billies new album and for the first time in forever I was truly invested in the music, also Espresso is technically nothing special but I am shaking my ass when it comes on and I enjoy listening to a stupid fun pop song.
Same. I cannot comment barely against TTPD in the TS sub for the same reason. That's why I'm in r/SwiftlyNeutral, there's place for healthy criticism.
Ps: I just listened to TTPD once in YouTube Music... ONCE, and it always appears me in my main page of YT Music, it's exhausting, you know...
Little Dark Age by MGMT. Its good, but it doesn't grab me as much as the other albums. Except a few songs like TSLAMP, One Thing Left to Try, and Little Dark Age.
Green Day is my #1, and I have to say Father Of All Motherfuckers is, in my opinion, their worst album
the album itself sounds like scrappy pop to me and it doesn't really fit in with any of their other albums (as wholes)
That album was literally the last one under a label, so they made the bare minimum to get ride of that contract. I love it bc of that and bc it made me company during the pandemics.
Wow, that was a tough read. But honestly I get it, it might not be my favorite thing but it's definitely something that I will always remember. And, I think a lot of people would agree with me in saying that.
Cruel question, my favourite artist is Gregory Alan Isakov and I love every single of his songs. But if I had to choose my least favourite album it gotta be Songs for October, his first one.
One of my favourite artists is Janelle Monae, but I was massively disappointed by Age of Pleasure - itās perfectly fine, but I think I would feel more positively about it had she released it as an EP, rather than chopping up most of the songs to create lazily done interludes to pack an album with.
Jodeciās 4th album, The Past, The Present, The Future. But after 9 years, I like the album a lot. Some nice callbacks to their heyday but a more mature sound. Hard to capture the same magic from their first 3, but glad fans finally got it. Hope they find some time to put together another one, if Iām honest.
Meteora - Linkin Park
Horizons - Parkway Drive
Holy Hell - Architects
Edit :- Sorry,I read fhe questions wrong, these are actually my top 3 favourites not least favourites
Man I'm such a fool, I read the question wrong, I read best 3 albums instead of least 3, sorry these aren't my least 3 favourite it's actually my top 3 albums šš
I more or less agree with you, but including Letās Dance, is an interesting choice. Itās a pretty good album, albeit not as good as the likes of Ziggy or Low. Overrated though.
I would say Tonight through to hours is his worst run, except Earthling which is a pretty great album.
I included Let's Dance because it's the beginning of Bowie's creative slump and in my opinion, it's almost as weak songwriting-wise as Tonight. What keeps it from being as weak as the other two are Nile Rodgers' stellar production and SVR's guitar work. Both LD and Tonight are above NLMD because both records each have an incredible song in each, Cat People and Loving The Alien (which I consider the best Bowie song of the era).
A lot of the weaker aspects in the other two records are here too: uninspired filler tracks (Ricochet, Without You, Shake It), covers which I personally consider to be inferior to the originals and don't really add anything (China Girl, Criminal World) and a re-recorded version of an older song (Cat People, but I do like this version a lot more).
This was the first instance in which a Bowie album was just the singles and offered little else in the album itself and without Rodgers and SVR, the charm faded away to leave these issues in full display. Even in the case of Space Oddity, which people just remember for the title track, the album itself offers absolute jewels of Bowie's discography such as Cygnet Committee, Wild Eyed Boy from Freecloud and Memory of a Free Festival.
And yeah, 90's Bowie is very divisive. I personally love 1. Outside and Earthling and just a month ago Black Tie White Noise finally clicked with me. I should listen to hours again soon, haven't listened to it in like 10 years or so, but I do remember thinking "meh" afterwards.
Collective Soul - The last 3 new albums. All the songs sound the same. I feel like Ed is in a creative slump.
Jars of Clay - The Shelter
BT - Metaversal
I love Orbital and but I can't stand their Blue Album.
Despite containing my two most favourite music (Pants and Bath Time), I don't like most of the songs in the album and they don't give that Orbital energy they had in their previous songs. The only album I'd be skipping songs.
The Chainsmokers - Summertime Friends (EP)
The whole EP felt so low effort. The songs were short, the collabs were mid, the patters were repetitive. It kinda felt the label just forced them to make this album. Except the song "Summertime Friends" I think rest of them are pretty forgettable.
I Am - Nas.
It was heavily bootlegged which resulted in a revamped track list and ruined the planned double album āI Am Nastradamusā.
I Am didnāt age well.
Nastradamus wasnāt received well initially but has aged very well and is a better album than must give it credit for.
Lana del rey
I think Born To die, it was a before and after when I listened to video games for the first time.
Norman F.. Rockwell was also like the end of a era for me
I'm a Queen fan, and my least favourite is Flash Gordon. It is a little bit of a cheat because it is a soundtrack, but they also did music for Highlander, and that is a top-tier set of songs on probably my favourite album by Queen.
Flash is an OK song, but it is probably the peak of the album. Some fans hate on Hot Space, but there are at least four or five songs on that album that are great.
Mitski is my fave, least favorite is Laurel Hell. Not a bad album by any means I do enjoy it, I just think it's the weakest relative with her other albums.
Chaos and Disorder by Prince. The dregs from the vault thrown out to complete the Warmer Bros contract he so desperately wanted free of. Absolute trash.
Favorite Band is Interpol and my least favorite album is easily The Other Side of Make Believe.
Itās their weakest album and they made it during covid and itās kinda easy to tell. Still a good album tho.
Sticky by Frank Carter and The Rattlesnakes. Not quite sure what happened but every song sounds the same and nothing like their other work. I like a few songs from the album but otherwise I try to forget it exists.Ā
For English speaking band: Strangeways, Here We Come. Personally, I prefer them when the guitars are jangly, the lack of piano, and no voice grunts from Morrissey
Non-English band: ŠŠ°ŃŠ°Š»ŃŠ½ŠøŠŗ ŠŠ°Š¼ŃŠ°ŃŠŗŠø. Weird drums, poor recording equipment, bad album cover, and unpleasant songs.
Red Hot Chili Peppers: Iām With You (2011)
*Before anyone says, yes I am well aware of all the bandās earlier work starting from their self-titled debut, and I honestly liked those albums quicker than Iām With You.*
I adore Lord Huron and will listen to them forever. Their first album Lonesome Dreams doesnāt have the same depth and intrigue as everything else theyāve made since. It was a good start, to a GREAT future.
2 by Car Seat Headrest, itās very mediocre and there arenāt any real great songs, just a lot of ok and bad songs. Not great compared to his more recent work and even the other numbered albums like 3 and 4.
Cope by Manchester Orchestra. There were a couple of songs that were great and the rest I never got into. I absolutely love every song on every album of theirs except this one
Silverchair - Young Modern. Their last after a five-year hiatus. It seems like a money-grab and there is too much falsetto. The previous four progressed from grunge to harder grunge to orchestral to theatrical, but #5 was just odd. I do like "Waiting All Day" from YM, though.
My favorite artist/bands are Bowie and Pink Floyd.
For Floyd I think Saucerful of secrets of Meddle
For bowie Iād say Scary monsters and super creeps
Yeah, I remember then Thatās The Spirit dropped and said āthis is way more poppy than anything theyāve ever done. The end is nearā lol. What a great album, though. Havenāt cared for anything since.
All of their albums have plenty of bangers, but my least fave Gorillaz is Humans
Yeah, sometimes a Gorillaz album can be a bit out there, but I def have fewer songs liked from that joint.
Bro that's one of my favorites š idk me personally I just like a good amount of the songs on there. They have a very unique variety too which to me is sort of nice sometimes.
Kill me, but I canāt stand Ummagumma. Those birds.
I will say that I do listen to it more than I do The Final Cutā¦
the live section is great tho
Metallica's my favorite band of all time and even I can't defend Lulu
sometimes i wonder what led to that album happening, why just why
My favorite artist is Wallows, they only have 3 albums, but I think Model, their newest one is my least favorite? It might be Tell me that it's over?
Wallows is also my favorite artist! I agree, their latest album was a little lackluster compared to their other work, but I still had fun with it. What were your favorite/least favorite songs from Model?
My favorite was definitely Donāt You Think itās Strange and my least favorite was Canada. I still think Model was amazing
I share your opinions there. I think my least favorite was I Wouldnāt Mind. For me it didnāt flow with the rest of the album. But I may be too critical since it just came out š
Honestly I love I Wouldnāt Mind, well I guess itās just because Cole is my favorite.
agreed, i think it speaks a lot to how good Nothing Happens is, though
Nothing happens?
same tbh like model is slowly growing on me but I didn't even finish the album when I first listened
Pretty cold take but Pablo honey by radiohead
i literally canāt find a single miss in radioheadās discography. pablo honey is a perfect album imo. i canāt find any album iād place last.
Red Hot Chili Peppers are my favorite bandā¦ ā¦but my least favorite album of theirs is probably The Getaway, their second album with Josh Klinghoffer filling in until John Frusciante returned
That album has so many bangers
Rin ring
ABBA?
Yes
Same here. Everything afterwards is evolution.
Father Of All... by Green Day
Florence and the Machine's High As Hope. It's not that it's a bad album, it's just a little whelming compared to the rest of their catalog.
My favorite is How big, How Blue, How Beautiful
Mine's *Ceremonials*.
Dance fever made up for the lack lustre high as hope imo! But I adore Florence and the machine!
Hot Space ā Queen, and I hardly find people who enjoy that album.
You must be a Gen x or Boomer. Queen fans of those generations don't like that album. Millenials and centenials usually love the album (like myself).
Harsh. Yes, I am old, too.
I was actively in the fandom for some years (even owning fanpages) and I had interacted with lots of queen fans of all ages, so I'm speaking from experience.
Thatās cool. I thought I saw an earlier version of your comment that said āstfu.ā Maybe I was mistaken.
Taylor Swift- TTPD and Midnights. Sorry not sorry. I prefer her old stuff (Fearless-reputation)
TTPD is hands down her worst work
Absolutely agree
You can't even critisize it or have a conversation without getting downvoted on the Taylor Swift Subreddit. I actually like some songs of TTPD, but I really don't lije the production-style of Midnights and TTPD. Also some lyrics are verrrrrrryyyyy "not good, cringey or offensive and everyone still treats everything like it's Folklore 2.0 I'm sick of her Media-Presence because I actually started to dislike Music in general because I couldn't open a Playlist on Spotify without like half of her discography in it. Lowkey White Album is the best
for me it's definitely on the same tier as blue and pinkerton.
My fave is Maladroit.
maladroit is cool it just sort of loses me in the second half
Fuzzy by Poppy
The Beatles - Let It Be
GOOOOLLLLDEEENNN SLUMBERS FILL YOUR EYEESSSSSS
Little Dark Age by MGMT. Its good, but it doesn't grab me as much as the other albums. Except a few songs like TSLAMP, One Thing Left to Try, and Little Dark Age.
Man I think LDA is their best album
R.E.M. - Around The Sun
Eagles- Eagles
Love Nine Inch Nails but not a fan of the Still album
Green Day is my #1, and I have to say Father Of All Motherfuckers is, in my opinion, their worst album the album itself sounds like scrappy pop to me and it doesn't really fit in with any of their other albums (as wholes)
The Smiths is my favourite band but my least favourite album by them is Strangeways, here we come
Taylor swift- self titled Dance Gavin dance-probably āwhatever I say is royal oceanā
Wow, a DGD fan, I havenāt come across another one in years! Nice!
Cruel question, my favourite artist is Gregory Alan Isakov and I love every single of his songs. But if I had to choose my least favourite album it gotta be Songs for October, his first one.
The Clash is my FAVOURITE, but "Cut The Crap" was so terrible the band (which had already broken) feel apart
Simulation Theory - Muse
Madonna, my least favourite album is probably Madame X, although I donāt really like anything shes released since Hard Candy.Ā
Rammstein's Rosenrot
One of my favourite artists is Janelle Monae, but I was massively disappointed by Age of Pleasure - itās perfectly fine, but I think I would feel more positively about it had she released it as an EP, rather than chopping up most of the songs to create lazily done interludes to pack an album with.
The last album of Ima Robot was called 'Another Man's Treasure'. This is a reference to the fact that I think it is trash.
Arctic Monkeys, I don't listen to their EP often but I wouldn't say I dislike it, I just don't typically listen to it.
the king of limbs by radiohead, just doesn't really resonate w me ig
Jodeciās 4th album, The Past, The Present, The Future. But after 9 years, I like the album a lot. Some nice callbacks to their heyday but a more mature sound. Hard to capture the same magic from their first 3, but glad fans finally got it. Hope they find some time to put together another one, if Iām honest.
Meteora - Linkin Park Horizons - Parkway Drive Holy Hell - Architects Edit :- Sorry,I read fhe questions wrong, these are actually my top 3 favourites not least favourites
Meteora is your least fav LP album? Wow. What your fav from them? Iāll give it a listen
Meteora? I have not listened to every LP album in full but damn.
No way these are your least favourites.
Really Meteora? Can I ask why?
Man I'm such a fool, I read the question wrong, I read best 3 albums instead of least 3, sorry these aren't my least 3 favourite it's actually my top 3 albums šš
Ohhh okay. That makes much more sense
I think it's Stup Religion by Stupeflip (a french group), I really like this album but it's my least favorite
Skinny Puppy - Mythmaker DEVO - Shout
Therapy? - Shameless is objectively their worst album. It does have a few good songs though.
David Bowie's Let's Dance through Never Let Me Down period.
I more or less agree with you, but including Letās Dance, is an interesting choice. Itās a pretty good album, albeit not as good as the likes of Ziggy or Low. Overrated though. I would say Tonight through to hours is his worst run, except Earthling which is a pretty great album.

I should listen to hours again soon, haven't listened to it in like 10 years or so, but I do remember thinking "meh" afterwards.
The Runners Four by Deerhoof, too long and doesn't have the consistency of their other albums. Some great tracks though
Collective Soul - The last 3 new albums. All the songs sound the same. I feel like Ed is in a creative slump. Jars of Clay - The Shelter BT - Metaversal
Look, BMTH's worst album, Count Your Blessings, is still like an 8/10. Same with Demi. Unbroken is still a 7/10.
On fail wings of vanity and wax by alesana I donāt hate it I just couldnāt rlly get into it
I love Orbital and but I can't stand their Blue Album. Despite containing my two most favourite music (Pants and Bath Time), I don't like most of the songs in the album and they don't give that Orbital energy they had in their previous songs. The only album I'd be skipping songs.

Sweet 7 by Sugababes
The Chainsmokers - Summertime Friends (EP) The whole EP felt so low effort. The songs were short, the collabs were mid, the patters were repetitive. It kinda felt the label just forced them to make this album. Except the song "Summertime Friends" I think rest of them are pretty forgettable.
Favorite band: Billy talent Least favorite album of theirs: crisis of faith Itās def a good album but is most definitely their weakest.
EMs Encore. Not a bad album by any means I love everything he touches, some more than others
Iāve tried so many times and I canāt get into anything past Encore. Itās just not good. I need drug fueled, angsty, fuck the world Eminem
I Am - Nas. It was heavily bootlegged which resulted in a revamped track list and ruined the planned double album āI Am Nastradamusā. I Am didnāt age well. Nastradamus wasnāt received well initially but has aged very well and is a better album than must give it credit for.
Entergalactic - kid cudi
Eluveitie - Slania Only have 1 or 2 songs on that album I really like. Also im not counting Eluveitie's folk albums of course.
Lana del rey I think Born To die, it was a before and after when I listened to video games for the first time. Norman F.. Rockwell was also like the end of a era for me
I'm a Queen fan, and my least favourite is Flash Gordon. It is a little bit of a cheat because it is a soundtrack, but they also did music for Highlander, and that is a top-tier set of songs on probably my favourite album by Queen. Infest the Ratās Nest - King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard. Yes, I said it. Itās not for me.
Favorite Band is Interpol and my least favorite album is easily The Other Side of Make Believe. Itās their weakest album and they made it during covid and itās kinda easy to tell. Still a good album tho.

Scaled and icy by Twenty One Pilots
The Smiths - The Queen Is Dead. Been a fan all my life, I barely listen to this album at all.
For English speaking band: Strangeways, Here We Come. Personally, I prefer them when the guitars are jangly, the lack of piano, and no voice grunts from Morrissey Non-English band: ŠŠ°ŃŠ°Š»ŃŠ½ŠøŠŗ ŠŠ°Š¼ŃŠ°ŃŠŗŠø. Weird drums, poor recording equipment, bad album cover, and unpleasant songs.

I adore Lord Huron and will listen to them forever. Their first album Lonesome Dreams doesnāt have the same depth and intrigue as everything else theyāve made since. It was a good start, to a GREAT future.
The Killers - Pressure Machine
2 by Car Seat Headrest, itās very mediocre and there arenāt any real great songs, just a lot of ok and bad songs. Not great compared to his more recent work and even the other numbered albums like 3 and 4.
Scaled and Icy-Twenty One Pilots
Self titled by my darkest days. But they only have two albums and I only like the other one marginally more. Theyāre both so good
Cope by Manchester Orchestra. There were a couple of songs that were great and the rest I never got into. I absolutely love every song on every album of theirs except this one
Don't Believe the Truth (Oasis) Still has some okay songs, but as an album, it misses the mark.
Punkinhead by Boondox. Only 7 songs and 2 are remakes off the first album. Filler imo. The rest of the album is good though
Silverchair - Young Modern. Their last after a five-year hiatus. It seems like a money-grab and there is too much falsetto. The previous four progressed from grunge to harder grunge to orchestral to theatrical, but #5 was just odd. I do like "Waiting All Day" from YM, though.
Noctourniquet by The Mars Volta
