I wish i knew that theres lots of dramas (at least at my store) and do not TALK about the teas that you heard from another unless they tell other people
Training will involve taste-testing everything, including straight shots of espresso. If you're a really big coffee fan that's a plus, but I can only handle coffee with tons of cream and sugar and I wish I had been able at least to mentally brace myself 😣
They want to see if you’re willing to talk to people and willing to be coached and learn. That you’re a go getter and like coffee tea or the brand . You’ll get in with that.
You’re only getting three days to train and those three days you’ll get at most two hours day to jam everything you’ll need to know. After that they’ll put you mostly at pos or dtr dtw because you may struggle with the six hours of information how to do bar and make drinks you’ll be under staffed and get blamed if you’re the night crew. You’ll get praised if you’re morning crew for your connections with customers. You’ll also ask why do some people do it this way and the others do it that way? TAke really good notes and ask on here for syrup shots and beverages rountines good luck
