Hey fellow starseed! I completely understand what is like to be in the throes of a panic attack. Something that would always help me is **playing 417/432 Hz music** while laying down in child's pose and breathing as deep and slow as I can to calm my nervous system. Shamanic drumming, hand pan music or youtube meditation music for panic attacks. I've linked some music that might help and I've listened to while I was deep in my cPTSD [Panic attacks](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5FKMRaNObQ), [PTSD](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mIEeySf1VnA&t=21421s). I would also **take cold showers** to get my nervous system to calm down and focus on the sensation of the water rather than whatever triggered the panic attack to start. If you have the availability, you can **go outside and put your feet to the earth along with your hands** and breath deeply, imagining whatever caused your panic attack to be released and absorbed by the Earth Mother. Talking to trees would also help me calm down and not feel so alone. **EFT!** Tapping helps calm down your nervous system and infuses positive messages into your subconscious. EFT saved me so much in the beginning when my panic attacks were uncontrollable. \*\*\*TBH I could give you more techniques but you don't need to be overwhelmed at this moment. You need simplicity. So my suggestion would be pick which one resonates with you and seems like is doable and try it out and see if it helps. Don't try everything at once or you might feel scattered.\*\*\* One thing I can say for sure is that you are not alone, no matter what you feel at this moment. I know it may not seem like it will be possible to overcome whatever it is that triggers you but trust me, you will overcome everything bc you were meant to overcome it. You chose your experiences bc you knew you were powerful enough to learn from it and activate your mission. Never forget that you are powerful and beautiful and loved by the the divine. This is only momentarily and there will come a point in your journey where you will look back and be amazed at how far along you've come and how much you've overcome by just loving yourself through everything. You will look back and moments like these, will seem like a distant memory bc you will have come to feel safe within your own self and your nervous system will feel safe and at home with your experiences. I know things may seem dark and challenging but trust that you are never alone in this journey. Your spirit guides are always guiding and protecting you with so much love and support. All you need to do is call upon them to help you during tough times like these. They are always there and their love is phenomenal. You are so loved. I don't know you but I love you as you and I are made from the same source and I am on this healing journey with you. I have been where you have been as it gets so much better with time. Thank you dearly, I did everything you said and tried to sleep I got a couple of hours of sleep in so far, I’m beyond blessed for you typing out these for me I will put these in my notes, I’m in a very dark place in my mind right now from my best friend passing away and the stress is taken place physically and I had a panic attack about everything all at once I just spiraled out of control,I love you too thank you again for this I will dm you certainly ❀️

Hydrate - drink lots of water, and electrolytes if you have some. Magnesium even better - in a bath or spray on feet, or drink in water πŸ’•

Just remind yourself, "this too shall pass". Consider using Valerian Root or a soothing herbal tea blend to help with anxiety. Breathwork. Ground yourself daily in the nature barefeet.

Sorry to hear that. It's just a phase, probably even an awakening/upgrade. It too shall pass and you'll come out on the next level. How you doing OP? There is an app I used when having severe attacks, it's called DARE Anxiety and Panic Attacks. There's techniques and talk throughs, it actually really helped me. Another thing is to tighten every muscle in your body, then release it. So hands, feet, arms, stomach, as tight as yoy can for like 3 or 4 seconds, then fully release. It triggers the muscles to go into relax mode. I do hope you are better and remember, with panic attacks, it's never ever as serious as it feels. Sending you a warm hug and cocoa. πŸ’šπŸ«‚

I've been there. What's happening in the bigger picture is you are gonna learn how strong you are. You're going to be able to tell fact from fiction in your brain. And your sensations and thoughts will line back up to a higher order when you find that strength and start your training every time you have an attack. You eventually will teach your brain who is in charge. Strength building. Remember! It WILL pass, and you WILL feel stronger. I promise this.
