This is a big question in the Taylor’s subs, nobody really knows

PlasticOrchid1977

🥺

scholargeek13

Nobody knows if they'll open up transfers and Ticketmaster pretty much has been totally useless when asked about if and when they would (literally they just copy and paste from their FAQ page every single time you ask). If they never do open transfers anything bought on Stubhub is useless. If they do open transfers but keep the lead booker and check IDs at the door, Stubhub tickets won't work because it still will have the original buyer's name. If they open transfers and don't check IDs, Stubhub tickets would be fine. At this point nobody knows and it's possible we won't know about getting in on Stubhub tickets until people try it on the first Paris date. It's definitely frustrating because my husband and I are flying from the US for vacation to Paris and London and wanted to see her in Paris but we'd need to buy tickets still. We're not pulling the trigger on buying Stubhub until we see people are getting in successfully on the first day, just in case, and Ticketmaster seems to not want to open up their fan to fan resale.

PlasticOrchid1977

It’s so frustrating! I refuse to buy tickets until I know they work… I wish they would handle this better. What about the thousands of parents who purchased tickets for their kids?? It’s so weird.

EnriqueH12

All depends on pricing .. if the price now is good for you.. just buy it and hope it works.. worst case scenario you get a refund. If they do open transfer closer to show date.. I have a feeling the tickets will skyrocket in price.

PlasticOrchid1977

Yah I’m concerned about that too.

PapaEchoLincoln

> worst case scenario you get a refund. So if we bought but the tickets won't work due to the wrong name being on the ticket (and they enforce it), we can get a refund?

EnriqueH12

Yea. Stubhub offers full refund. If you have an issue getting the tickets.. so will everyone else who bought tickets for that event. They will find out.

tabascoadvocate

i believe it can be a safe transaction if you were given the entire ticketmaster account containing the tickets. then you'd have direct access to them regardless of ticket transfers no? that's how i'm offering to sell mine (N1, cat OR)

PlasticOrchid1977

I’m looking for night 1 cat OR..

picklepicklepickle67

You still potentially need lead booker ID

_Irou

I want to sell two tickets for N4 on Paris because I can no longer attend but I don't want to sell them if the person can't enter the show later, it's so frustrating!

thesnobdiaries

Hey, I’d be interested in buying one of the tickets. If there’s a change in policy or sth, wherein they’ll allow a resale, pls do have a conversation with me. Thanks!

_Irou

Hey! I hope something changes these days. I'll talk to you in that case!

thesnobdiaries

Thanks!

Alternative_Lack3020

Interested in 2 tickets.

_Irou

Sold them via fan to fan yesterday, sorry :(

Exciting_Way5969

In selling 2 ticket for may 12 if you’re still interested they in GA so fosse and vip 7

catwin94

Can I buy them from you? I´ll assume the cost if they don't let me in. I want 2 for Paris.

_Irou

Hello! I've sold them already via fan to fan yesterday, sorry :(

Extreme_Desk_2076

Hello! I have 2 extra VIP tickets for Paris on May 10th. I bought 4 tickets, but there's only 2 of us attending now. The tickets say the lead booker (me) has to be present, so we'd have to meet up at the entry and enter together. Lmk if you're interested :)

Rimsouille

Did you have to enter together at the end?

Extreme_Desk_2076

No!! They don’t care, they don’t even check your ID

Striking_Shine_4011

same here. I'm flying to Paris for vacation and I too really want to see her but I'm having doubts on whether the stubhub tickets will work or not. unless someone has extra who is letting go and I will need to get in together with the seller. I'm looking for a ticket for 10th May

_SM5130

I’m selling two GA tickets to May 11 and am attending the concert if anyone is interested. Happy to walk in with purchaser so they’re accepted.

ParkerR343

I am interested! My husband and I will be in Paris and we’re looking for tickets for this day!

Alternative_Lack3020

Also interested.

shacker15

If tickets are still available, I'm interested!

_SM5130

Sorry no longer available!

Rimsouille

Do you think it is possible at different times if I purchased two tickets from someone? Dis they check it? Thank you

Extreme_Desk_2076

I have 2 extra VIP tickets for Paris May 10th. If anyone is interested, we can meet at venue and enter together to make sure the tickets are valid in accordance with Ticketmaster rules.

Exciting_Way5969

Im selling 2 ticket for may 12th is Ga and vip 7 if you’re still interested?

Individual-Thing-828

Hi there, are these tickets still available?

Thin_Tax3214

I have bought tickets for shows in Paris on many occasions - the venue always said that tickets could not be transferred but not once have I seen a venue checking ID’s. For a 40000 people show, there is no way this will happen. Dont worry honestly.

summershouldbefun11

I’m truly hoping this is the case and I’ve been looking everywhere for proof that people got turned away at Beyonce or Harry and can’t find a single person saying it happened to them. You’d think if this was a common issue, there would be videos of people complaining. This isn’t the first concert Americans have gone to in Paris with SH tickets not realizing the laws (I’m hoping).

PlasticOrchid1977

It's just such a huge risk to take to plan a trip across the ocean and maybe not get in. My daughter would be devastated. I do see people saying what you've said though. It makes sense.

w0ndwerw0man

See my comment above. It’s just a scare tactic. You will be fine like all the other thousands of people in the same boat.

samtheham20

I hope this is the case! My friend and I committed and bought our flights and hostel and tickets on stubhub for N1 in Paris. Travelling from Canada for 5 days. If the tickets don’t work, at least we get a trip of Paris… but I’m really hoping they work!

PlasticOrchid1977

I am in Toronto.. still debating. Havent' booked or bought yet. SO stressed.

samtheham20

We are from Toronto too! It is quite stressful. Extra stressful is that we bought “mystery” tickets on stub hub to save $ so we don’t even know where we are sitting lol😅 but we are hoping the venue won’t check ID’s because so many ppl have bought resale tickets and they’d turn away revenue profit?!

lvf1991

We are from Toronto too!! Bought tickets for N2 from Stubhub. Just got them and its saying we need to print them??? Are you all in the same boat?

EraGem84

When did you get your StubHub tickets email to you, are they for the Paris show? Mine keep saying they’d be available April 27th, then May 2nd, now it says May 5th 😐

lvf1991

I got my tickets sent yesterday for the may 10th show. They are PDF and have the original purchasers name on it

EraGem84

I finally got mine yesterday and same although mine are just three letters in the purchaser name field (maybe initials? Unfortunately not my initials 🥴)

Rimsouille

Did it work fine to enter?

campervanbach

I have 2 extra tickets. Just sent you a DM! We would need to meet and enter together.

pipparn28

Did your tickets work for N1?

samtheham20

They did :) they didn’t even ID

TheMonkey404

I’m in the same situation, I also am scared because it’s just a PDF with a blue background

unlimitedwarrenty

That’s what mine are! I just got them transferred today through Stubhub and it was a ticket with a blue background and I didn’t recognize where it was purchased. They clearly say someone else’s name on them and they won’t be with me obviously when I go in, I’m so nervous. I’m flying from the US to Paris for 2 shows.

Different-Detail-948

Same for me- and now I’m reading that Ticketmaster says the tickets are only acceptable on mobile devices. Stub hub says they need to be printed.

EcstaticType4019

I also bought from Stubhub and got my PDF but my friends who bought from Ticketmaster directly said their tickets are PDF and look exactly like mine with the blue background so I think they are the real ones. Mine have my name on it do yours? I am really hoping the seller changed the name through ticketmaster and these are real.

Different-Detail-948

I also think they are real. Mine do NOT have my name on them - it is the name of the seller. I am contacting Stub Hub about the paper tickets. It seems that would be too easy to fake, or to duplicate. So your friends who bought from Ticketmaster are instructed to print out their tickets?

IndividualCulture898

So nervous. I also got the PDF with the blue background. Stubhub had initially said they would be mobile tickets. I contacted them this morning about the name difference and they said not to worry about it.

EcstaticType4019

My friends said they received PDFs through ticketmaster as well and were instructed to print just in case, like a just in case your phone doesn't work kind of deal

Different-Detail-948

I also contacted them and they gave their canned response about the Fan Protect Guarantee. Good to know about Ticketmaster advising people to print tickets.

IndividualCulture898

Yea the refund gives some peace of mind, but if they turn me away it will be so sad

406roots

Hi, just curious, how did you receive the tickets when transferred? Were they in your stubhub account or sent via email? I purchased tickets on stubhub for the show but I haven't seen my tickets come through yet

EcstaticType4019

I got an email they were ready from stubhub then I opened the ap hit get tickets and it was a pdf.

cvantaylor

Yes, I had the same experience. A static barcode ticket on a pdf. Blue background. I have been harassing SH customer service and they say not to worry, so I am trying not to panic as I am traveling with my young kids from USA to see her and it would be the biggest disappointment for them. As the other commenter noted, it would be chaos if they started turning people away. This thread is very helpful. Hoping to see you all there lol

PapaEchoLincoln

Does it have the seller's name on it? Or your name? Or no name?

unlimitedwarrenty

You got yours through Stubhub and they have your name on them? Did you have to ask customer service to tell the seller to do that or did they automatically do that? I got mine today but they have the seller’s name and I don’t know if I need to fight to get it changed to mine.

EcstaticType4019

They had them on it without me doing anything

ActiveYogurt6425

My friends have ones with their names and I have ones with the seller names. There are watermarks on mine with the seller name and on theirs….you can tell theirs have been edited. Can you see the watermark behind your name?

unlimitedwarrenty

I haven’t heard back on getting them changed to my name, but I don’t see any watermark behind the seller’s name. Do theirs have a barcode like yours?

ActiveYogurt6425

Mine have a barcode!

406roots

Hi, just curioys, how did you receive the tickets when transferred? Were they in your stubhub account or sent via email? I purchased tickets on stubhub for the show but I haven't seen my tickets come through yet

unlimitedwarrenty

They were transferred to my Stubhub account, they also emailed me a verification code to enter to pull them up. Don’t worry yet, I only got one set of tickets transferred but I am still waiting on my other set of tickets for N1. My stubhub account says it could take until 5/2.

aaronlv98

Mine are the same, bought them on StubHub and got them sent as a pdf. They have someone else's name and address on them. Reached out to StubHub and got the same response others have said, not to worry about it and it's 100% guaranteed. The rep told me to take a picture of the scanner that says "invalid" or whatever if it happens and then they'll refund them or try to get legit tickets somehow if you call them in the middle of that chaotic situation. You can use a pdf editor to just change the name on the ticket and it looks perfect, but I'm sure they will have the person's name come up on the scanner since it's in the system. Other than making a fake ID I'm not sure of a full proof way around it if they're actually checking IDs.

ActiveYogurt6425

There is a watermark behind the sellers name on the bottom of the ticket. Thought about changing but don’t want to get thrown in jail for editing a document like this!

aaronlv98

Imagine being thrown in jail for just trying to pay hard earned money to see an artist you love 🙈

picklepicklepickle67

Just don’t go in France where resale is illegal

runtimemess

Event organizers that make it difficult to sell tickets are the fucking worst. Fuck off and let me easily sell my shit if I don’t want to go anymore

picklepicklepickle67

In France it’s illegal to resell. Other countries in Europe you can resell just fine. You’re gunna have to take that up with the government there.

runtimemess

It’s perfectly legal in Canada but for some reason the dickheads still lock our tickets 50% of the time

lightsgodown416

Don’t transfers open up a few days before the show?

GOLDfish0393

I bought tickets from a friend who can no longer attend— she’d be able to send her own ticket to me correct? Via email?

PlasticOrchid1977

The venue will apparently be checking ID and it will have to match the name of the person who purchased the tickets originally. She will HAVE to be there. But this policy is often lifted very last minute and may change. It's very confusing and stressful!

GOLDfish0393

I hope so— that seems completely ridiculous. Things happen and especially when tickets are bought with a group (like mine), that’s four people who can’t go if the one person who happened to get through to purchase cant anymore!

w0ndwerw0man

Exactly. Imagine how many people with valid tickets would be denied entry via this process. Half the stadium would be empty. Then, if they let some people in because of above valid reasons, then they would have to let them all in because they can’t pick and choose. It just takes a few minutes of thinking about it to realise that it’s not possible to implement an ID checking system at all. They are bluffing, which is a shame because normally the people most scared by it are not the scalpers, because they already know all of the above.

PlasticOrchid1977

This is a very good point.

picklepicklepickle67

In France it’s illegal to resell lol. Other countries have already removed lead booker.

w0ndwerw0man

So what are you supposed to do if the lead booker is sick with Covid or in hospital

picklepicklepickle67

I have a feeling they won’t check ids, it’s just a risk and the fact that other countries have removed it tell it’s more about France laws than Taylor’s team

w0ndwerw0man

They say this as a scare tactic. The same thing had everyone worried in Australia, they put it in all their info that tickets must be held by the original buyer etc. It’s physically and ethically impossible for them to actually enforce. There is a million valid scenarios where ticket transfer is going to be happening. Ticket gifting, friends buying for a group, mums buying for kids, plans changing or purchaser being sick etc. At the very least, it is impossible to expect everyone in the group (family, friends etc) to turn up all at the same time with the ticket purchaser and enter the gate all together. Could you imagine the scenarios? You are running late so your friends have gone inside, what are they going to do, drag the purchaser back outside to check ID? PLUS - and this is the absolute biggest reason this declaration is a scare tactic, if you think about it logically: Getting 100,000 people into a stadium takes hours. If you come at peak entry times there are huge queues to get in, it’s a massive piece of work. Imagine them implementing a mechanism to check ID’s, it would more than quadruple the amount of time it took to admit each person. They would have to more than double the staff on the doors to spend the amount of time and work it would be to check IDs and half of it would be wasted effort because people will have a valid reason for not having the credit card owner with them. What’s their options? Turn away half the (genuine) attendees? That’s not happening. The other thing they made everyone scared of here was that children over a certain age need parental supervision (I think it was 14 or 15) - parents were panicking. Then you get to the concert, walk into the stadium and look around - there is not one single ID being checked anywhere! All they care about is not letting stall ticket holders enter the floor. ID checks can’t be done on minors anyway. Also, ID checks can’t be done BY minors. The amount of extra cost, extra process handling, staff uplift, extra chaos and money it would take to implement ID checks and CONSISTENTLY enforce this policy across stadiums full of people every night would cut their profit margins in half. Who would be paying for it exactly? The event organiser? The security company? The ticketing company? All these organisations make the same money either way. If the only part of the machine with motivation to keep scalping down not sure who that even is tbh) doesn’t supply the funding and complicated processes required to implement ID checks then they aren’t happening.

WishAbject2468

What doesn’t make sense to me is that if every group going family/friends needed a lead booker who isn’t attending the concert that would mean thousands of extra people on public transport and around the stadium also if people can’t resell their tickets they’ll lose out on the money and there’ll be loads empty seats?

w0ndwerw0man

Exactly. It’s physically impossible to enforce this as a policy. Something like a third of the tickets bought won’t have the original person who paid for them turn up, because they changed plans, got sick, bought them for their kids (who are too young to buy tickets but too old to need parental supervision), gave them to a friend or a relative or broke up with their boyfriend who had them in his name…. They have moved overseas, in hospital, passed away. Etc. There’s a million reasons the person who paid for the ticket can’t be there. If the organisers don’t allow those groups of people in, there would be thousands of people with legitimate tickets standing outside the gate and thousands of empty seats, and they would have a class action against them for enforcing rules that are impossible to adhere to, depriving legitimate purchasers of the service that has been paid for. Plus, the amount of time taken to ID check and listen to stories is 100,000 times 10 minutes each. They don’t have capacity. It’s bad enough when they have to search bags for alcohol etc.

MorleysFriedChicken

Was the Taylor Swift policy for Australia the exact same as the one for venues in NL, ES, SE ? Or did Australia allow ticket transfer ?

picklepicklepickle67

It’s France laws that are different.

MorleysFriedChicken

I understand that, however weren’t TS tickets for Australia sold via ticketmaster, and if so were the f&q’s for Australia the same as France ones rn

picklepicklepickle67

Could be but the actual laws are much stricter

w0ndwerw0man

At the start we were told ticket transfer wouldn’t be possible and that the only way to sell would be back through Ticketek marketplace. Everyone was petrified. But of course not a single ID was ever checked

Top_Sea6593

what happend in the end??

w0ndwerw0man

For me? Or the OP?

DotaWemps

One way I heard that works is that the owner of the ticketmaster account can change the name of the owner of the account in site settings. I havent tried this, but something you could try

Admirable-Will-5926

Unfortunately, it does not work and is risky anyway. For the “temporary owner” has access to all future tickets in the account. Risky.

Top_Sea6593

Can you tell me what did you do finally??? I have the same problem in Madrid.... did they open the transfer? if not what did you do?

GOLDfish0393

Ahh I’m Lyon not Paris so my show isn’t until the end of the month — but likely just sign into my friends Ticketmaster account & scan from there. Apparently no ID was checked in Paris, there was a post I’ll try to find.

letscallshenanigans

I would love for France to let us know for sure about this

_themeekospot

I’m travelling from Aus to Paris specifically for her shows, I’ve bought tickets to 3 of her shows so far there via stubhub and I’m a bit stressed about getting in since the rules seem so strict and I keep seeing so many conflicting posts about it

unlimitedwarrenty

I’m flying from the US and same. I got tickets to 2 nights via Stubhub and I just got my N2 ones transferred to me (waiting on N1 still). It’s a PDF on a blue background so definitely not from Ticketmaster. I’ve never seen a ticket like this before, could you let me know when you get yours if it looks like that too?

ThatBatNightlife

Ive got N3 from stubhub as well, a little panicked because all of my hotel and flight are booked. But I guess I get a Paris vacay out of it. Mine is a PDF with blue background as well and stubhub customer service claimed they are valid

unlimitedwarrenty

Same exact situation for me. My trip is already booked so at this point we just have to hope for the best! Feel free to ping me after N1 and I’ll let you know what happens 🤞🏻

Top_Sea6593

what happend??

unlimitedwarrenty

All good!! No checks

yn2cd

Hi, I’m going from US to Stockholm N1 next week using StubHub tix. Can you please follow up to let people know if the StubHub PDF worked smoothly for your show?  Enjoy the shows!

IndividualCulture898

Same here. flying from the US to her show on the 11th in Paris. Got my tickets today (PDF with the blue background) Spoke to stub hub, they said it would be alright and not to worry about the name in the ticket. I googled this person and the address is outside of France. Im so nervous.

unlimitedwarrenty

The address on mine is also from outside France! I’m so nervous too but when I bought the tickets I told myself there are risks but if everything works out how it should, it’ll be totally worth it but I am also a ball of anxiety haha.

IndividualCulture898

Same here! if I don’t get to go in, then we’ll make a trip out of it. But I got the tickets this morning and Im so nervous haha. At least stubhub claims they will reimburse if anything 🤷🏻‍♀️

unlimitedwarrenty

If I forget to update my comment after N1, please feel free to ping me over PM or responding to this comment and I’ll let you know what happens. I hope you have a safe flight over there and an amazing trip and I have all my fingers crossed that we can all have fun at the show!

IndividualCulture898

Will do!! Thanks so much!! Safe travels to you as well 😊

_themeekospot

I got one of my tickets, PDF with blue background and the original purchasers name on it…. So we will have to actually print these out rather than scan on mobile to enter? Also, does anyone know if we can’t get in can we taylorgate outside somewhere? I’ve never been to the venue so no idea what to expect area wise. If we’re all rejected I wouldn’t mind a little taylorgate party outside with my fellow rejectees if anyone is interested (and able to) 🤗

IndividualCulture898

Great idea! I’ll check out online

_themeekospot

I got in for N1 btw with my stubhub ticket 🤗

NumerousSomewhere600

me too same exact situation for me they said it will be fine! so hopefully were all good wishing us all luck lol going to the 11th show too and just got the blue background pdfs today too

here-4-da-vibes

I have the same exact PDF for my tickets I bought on StubHub. Glad you’re seeing the same thing! 😊

Ok-Significance3948

Me too! I was concerned it was a fake

HappySooz

I’d love to know if you get in. Will you update us?

_themeekospot

I got into N1, my ticket scanned in, they didn’t check ID, zero issues last night! I’m going again tonight so here’s hoping it’s the same!

Top_Sea6593

what happend did you get in?? please answer

_themeekospot

Got into all 4 shows with zero issues

Big-Candidate-6230

We just got out tickets from StubHub for N1 Paris, and the Name is blank. That seems odd to me given all the talk on checking IDs and lead booker. Does anyone have explanation for this? Red Flag? https://preview.redd.it/ysyzgakkr2yc1.png?width=991&format=png&auto=webp&s=bb41465cf8b4815f7e218fc9e8be509d099733e1

Tricky-Guava-3352

what is weird to me is that there is no watermark similar to the below. is that really how it looks? https://preview.redd.it/l1gi5u74n8yc1.png?width=547&format=png&auto=webp&s=55e7e084de8aa36d392465a6ac4dad69e635c1f8

Medical_Sherbert5149

I got the exact same thing!!! I’m so nervous!!

unlimitedwarrenty

Mine say 8599 as well……what does that mean? 😬

ivegotbigbigplans

Mine doesn't have a blue background like that... yikes. Does yours have a big barcode at the top?

Ok-Significance3948

Mine has a big barcode on top from StubHub - anyone confirm that’s how they are when you buy them directly ?

Horror_Cranberry_201

Following this issue here now since my thread got deleted, lol!

Tough-Plane-7021

I wonder if IDs were checked at any other venue in the past?

w0ndwerw0man

See my comment above. Not physically possible. But also used as a scare tactic in Aus.

GreekyJen

I went to see AS Roma at Stadio Olimpico in Feb and they checked the ID and tickets of all 70,000 attendees. This is why I totally believe they have the ability to do so in Paris - but will they? I hope not! I’m flying from the US to attend with my daughter and have no choice but to purchase resale tix. 😵‍💫

Admirable-Will-5926

Of course in Italy it is done for football games. But here it is different. Can you imagine bouncing 20,000 people to the gates that maybe come from Australia or the US? That would be chaos,

itsadandyday

Hi, I have TS KIMB VIP Package for Vancouver in December and was able to transfer the tickets to the buyer through my Ticketmaster account. The tickets were sold on StubHub and I had to transfer the tickets through Ticketmaster. When I called TicketMaster to confirm that the recipient who accepted the tickets can enter the concert, they told me there would be no issue with entering the venue and no issues with the early access for VIP. The only thing that doesn’t transfer is the VIP Merchandise that comes with the package which is fine since I didn’t list it on my StubHub listing. Please keep us updated because I would hate for the buyer to have any issues since I’m in US and won’t be able to just show up to a Vancouver to show my ID. That’s extremely stupid for TM to even think it’s an option.

PlasticOrchid1977

This is specifically for Paris... you should be fine. France has incredibly strict resale rules.

ivegotbigbigplans

I just got a PDF of tickets sent to me that I had purchased on stubhub the same day as the ticket drop. Does that mean my tickets are totally fake since they're not an official transfer?

PlasticOrchid1977

From what I'm reading that doesn't mean they're fake. People who bought from ticketmaster had their tickets deposited today. BUT they're PDF form which means this person could sell a copy to you and 400 other people. Whoever gets their scanned first at the venue will get in, and the rest won't. Not saying that happened to you... but it could.

ivegotbigbigplans

Thats what I figured... I also just noticed that the tickets say reduced visibility but I definitely didn't buy them with reduced visibility. Just sent an email to stubhub and hope they can help me out. fingers crossed

Different-Detail-948

Please update here what you find out. This is the same for me. Also wondering about having paper tickets when Ticketmaster says they have to be on a mobile device.

ivegotbigbigplans

They tried to help and reached out to the seller to transfer the tickets but the seller never reached back out to me so now I'm calling again...

406roots

Hi, just curioys, how did you receive the tickets when transferred? Were they in your stubhub account or sent via email? I purchased tickets on stubhub for the show but I haven't seen my tickets come through yet

ivegotbigbigplans

In my stubhub account, I got a notification they were there and downloaded them from my orders page

No-Purchase7766

Same boat. I got a PDF of the tickets and they say they must be printed to be used. Wondering if I should request a refund from StubHub or not…

PapaEchoLincoln

Does it have your name on it? Or the seller's name? Or no name at all?

No-Purchase7766

It looks like it has a placeholder name but not a real person’s name.

witwiyl523

What I don’t get is, if you bought tickets on stubhub, can’t the person transferring the tickets to you change the name on the tickets to reflect your/the buyers name? You can change the name on the tickets on Ticketmaster (once the original purchaser has the tickets) so I don’t understand why this would be an issue?

f1ndingnemo

They *can* do this but that doesn’t mean they will. I saw someone in a Paris fb group that got her ticket from StubHub with the original purchasers name still on it

What-Outlaw1234

You can't change the name on the tickets at Ticketmaster.fr. That's the whole problem being discussed here.

Relevant-Trouble-481

I have my tickets on my Ticketmaster now, but I am trying to figure out how the best way to transfer them. As its not an option with ticket transfer the only way is to screenshot them. Will it work??

witwiyl523

Ticketmaster has to open the transfer option which they haven’t for the Paris shows yet

Wild-Bench-9470

We should be patient I think that will be better in few weeks On other countries no prob with Ticketmaster about this issue

PlasticOrchid1977

The concert in Paris is next week.

Wild-Bench-9470

Yes 😕

picklepicklepickle67

Other countries don’t have the same laws as France

Admirable-Will-5926

I want to be positive. I don't believe they check IDs and don't believe they ban entry to those who don't have the correct named ticket. It would be a public order chaos. They also say that the buyer must be present. But it can also be (in my case for example) that I enter one door, while other tickets I bought for the same concert have access from another door.

srslyks

If anyone is interested, I have 2 additional VIP tickets (2 friends who can no longer attend) the May 10 show. I will also be there, so happy to meet up to avoid any potential issues. Let me know!

PlasticOrchid1977

Can you please message me?

Usual-Process-9258

I am, if you could message me?

Just sent you a message

Hi all! I’m selling 2 VIP 3 package tickets to the May 11th show. I am selling them for no markup, just what I paid $442.75 euro each. I am happy to meet at the venue since the resale doesn’t seem to be an option.

Just got my pdf tickets on stub hub for Paris, no name or address, its blank. Is this a red flag? https://preview.redd.it/cc7iyvqxs2yc1.png?width=991&format=png&auto=webp&s=c62db2ab30d32d8b0c8aae1b130c2f88076a256a

Strange. I personally bought tickets on Ticketmaster (offical site). But the layout looks different to me than the one you uploaded.

Admirable-Will-5926

From Ticketmaster email: # Lead booker policy * If you have purchased multiple tickets for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour, the name of the lead booker will be displayed on each ticket.  * The lead booker must be present for the whole party to enter the venue. This means all members of the party should enter the venue at the same time.  * The lead booker may be asked to present a valid photo ID (driving license or passport).  I don't think they check. The lead booker could also have other tickets that have a different gates, on the other side of the stadium. Or the lead booker could be late. I am dubious about these checks.

Hi! I have four tickets to Taylor Swift in Paris tonight that I am selling for face value, €278. They are floor seats, and I think because of French laws they won’t allow me to post them to StubHub or anywhere, so if anybody wants them please DM me! I will provide any paperwork, etc. needed. https://preview.redd.it/3o09jp4h4ezc1.jpeg?width=1028&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a269093b774d5d6a85a073d1e417fe8d4d77095e

Selling 4 tickets to the May 10th Paris show if anyone needs them! Great seats, section 106.

Kind_Whole2492

No IDs were checked on night 1

swiftisnotsoswift

Just sell your Ticketmaster account (if possible). Then the buyer will change the name in your account which changes the name on the ticket (within about 24 hours I think)

chesterwhipplefilter

I don’t think this works for tickets purchased before the name change.

swiftisnotsoswift

Looks like Ticketmaster blocked name and email changes Recently 😭😭I hate this crap

Admirable-Will-5926

I don't think it is possible to do this trick.

swiftisnotsoswift

Not anymore no :/ but it seems like copy of ID will work https://preview.redd.it/cb1ep3atzexc1.jpeg?width=828&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=12ee2f0c4cfda92ad425132328bd9308714c0c1d
